Thieves don't trust them ! DON'T GIVE THEM MONEY !

After almost a month of waiting I never managed to launch 1 campaign, I only spent budget on warm up accounts. Accounts which then collapsed shortly after. I asked many times some explanation and they said " this doesn't depends on us sorry ". So i requested new ad accounts and they never arrived. I spent almost 500 euros on service costs and heating ads and when I asked for a refund of the remaining 800 I never received it, they tell me to wait 2 months to transfer my credit back and they don't want to explain the reason to me, or make me talk to a manager or owner. I talked to somepeople here in Italy and i found out they are doing to many others so I am organizing a website and a class action against these thieves by putting names and surnames. I paid an initial topup of over 1100$…

I paid an initial topup of over 1100$ to this agency to supply ad accounts. What was delivered was entirely unusable the accounts were either fake, already flagged, or simply non-functional from the moment of delivery.

After raising the issue, communication stopped completely. No refund, no replacement, no explanation. Multiple follow-up attempts went unanswered.

This is not a case of poor service it is a deliberate pattern: collect the topup, deliver worthless inventory, and disappear. I am currently preparing a formal legal complaint and have flagged this supplier to event organizers and industry networks who vet affiliate marketing service providers.

If you are in the iGaming or performance marketing space and are considering this supplier, do not transfer any funds upfront. The topup model appears to be the mechanism through which clients are defrauded. Save yourself the loss.

Group of scammers

Can't imagine how a company, which is as big as Adtucon, is scamming people for the money, and refunds are so impossible to get.

They will one day meet someone who will take money personally from them, and they will not like that really.

Thieves and scammers, be careful!

Thieves, be very VERY careful, we send them money months ago, they stopped having accounts that we wanted so we wanted refund, and its now over 4 months (they said it takes max 60 days) and they still didnt refund us and they keep coming in with excuses that makes no sense. They didnt refund us not a single dollar and they never delivered us good accounts, be very careful, it's possible that this is scam operation pretending to be agency

Be careful

Be careful, i asked for a refund of my top up almost 2 months ago, i was never able to spend a single dollar and it's 50 days since i asked the refund and i didn't received my top up back. Be very careful with this company

Long term vision

I’ve worked with many ad agencies over the years, and in the end, they all went downhill.

One thing is certain: the advertising agency business is difficult to manage. However, Adtucon has always helped me invest my money wisely and maintain a strong online presence.

As another review has said

As another review has said, this company does not give out refund. First they say their refund policy is 60 days. Then you wait for 60 days and they just give stupid excuses that they will expedite the process. Now i have already waited over 120 days....

I found a way to manage all in one

How can Adtucon be so bad

i dont even know how did Marco gave a 5 stars review to Adtucon. i echoed the first review that the standard replies are such craps. i gave them 60 days to refund the money i had with them, more than 10k USD since its their process. i havent been able to use their accounts for the few months prior to submitting the refund as well.

Thats not all, after 60 days is up they still failed to refund and gave various reasons like they will talk to the CEO, they will expedite the request, its in process and will update me once it has been done. All of which is all talk and nothing was done. as of 21 Jan 2026 which is 70 days since i submitted the refund requests, i have yet to receive my refunds yet.

In the last AW i met another agency who has the same problem. he had to go to Adtucon Booth to demand the refund. I am unsure if he did receive it in the end, and i thought the reason why he did that was probabaly because he cannot wait for 60 days and so i still gave Adtucon the benefit of doubt.

but from my own refund process, i can now understand why he had to resort to going to AW, Adtucon booth to get the refunds back. I plan to do the same at the next conference and give everyone an idea what a company Adtucon is. they probably used my money for their own purposes which is why they cant even refund the money after 60 days. lets see if i manage to get the refund back in March when i go to AW Dubai. See you there @Adtucon.

Dont ever send any funds to such agency. they dont deserve to survive in current advertising sector

$1,120 Locked. Service Not Delivered. Worst Agency Experience of My Life. Stay Away from Adtucon.

I paid US$ 1,120 trusting Adtucon’s infrastructure to run campaigns using whitelisted accounts. What I got was a professional nightmare: disregard, incompetence, and real financial loss.

🔴 WHAT HAPPENED:
I requested whitelisted accounts to run ads on Facebook.
I waited for over 3 weeks and NOTHING was delivered.
I was attended by a parade of unprepared agents (Sara, Ilaria, Edie, Gabriele, Lino, Maria Pia), all repeating empty phrases like “we understand your frustration” — but no one actually solved anything.

Tired of waiting, I asked to use my balance on Bing Ads (which they also claim to offer).
The credit was already with them, but they said they couldn’t transfer it to Bing Ads.
Let me be clear: my money was already on their platform, and they denied my right to use it as I wanted.
I tried to allocate $700 for Bing, then asked to move the full $1,000 — both were denied.

Still, despite all that bad faith, I gave them one more chance and tried to go with Bing.
The result: I got strung along for another 10 days. And in the end... they also failed to deliver any Bing Ads account.
That means: over a month with my company completely stopped, unable to launch a single ad, and without spending even $1 of what I paid.

⚠️ WHEN I REQUESTED A REFUND:
When I asked for my refund, they told me it could take up to 60 days.
Sixty days to return money that was paid instantly and never used.
That’s absurd — a total insult to any serious professional.

❌ THE SUPPORT IS A CIRCUS OF INCOMPETENCE:
Copy-paste answers with no understanding of the situation.

Constant changes in support agents, each one starting from scratch.

Tickets closed without any resolution.

Repeatedly asked for information I had already sent.

Ignored deadlines, ignored damages, ignored the client.

⛔ SUMMARY OF MY EXPERIENCE:
US$ 1,120 locked with no delivery.

Business frozen for over 90 days.

Zero professionalism.

They refused to let me use the balance already in their platform.

Failed to deliver what was promised — neither for Meta nor for Bing.

And when I asked for my money back, they imposed a ridiculous 2-month delay.

📢 MY WARNING TO THE MARKET:
Adtucon (formerly Whitelist Pro) is the WORST agency I’ve ever dealt with in over 4 years working with paid traffic.
What they offer is an illusion. In practice, they don’t deliver, don’t resolve, and don’t respect.

If you value your business, your time, and your investment:
STAY AWAY. This company will let you down — and keep your money hostage.

I have screenshots of all conversations to prove every word I’m saying.
And I’m sharing this experience in every forum, group, and public channel I’m part of, so that other entrepreneurs don’t fall victim to this company like I did.

When I tried to add US$ 1,000 in balance, I was surprised with a 12% fee, even though the contract clearly states that the standard fee is 10%.

The reason? I was using cryptocurrency as the payment method.
But at no point in the contract or any prior communication was it stated that crypto payments would be charged a higher percentage.

In other words: on top of not delivering the service, they still try to charge more than what was agreed, with zero transparency.

Just another example of the disorganization and bad faith behind Adtucon.
