Really amazing experience with this company. From the start Mark was totally efficient and helped us at every stage. The fitters were extremely professional and polite… the end product is fantastic… would suggest to anyone wanting doors or windows fitted to look no where else!

What an excellent ambassador Paul is for ADS. Bright, cheerful, professional and polite are just some of the qualities this man possess. Paul was very engaging through the whole process of removing the faulty door and installing the new one. Ensuring everything was to our satisfaction and displaying excellent attention to detail. Paul really went above and beyond during his time at our address. Even more incredible was that he was a 'lone worker' and applied himself accordanly... and displayed due diligence, observing safety protocols and not taking any risks with the product or himself.

Please pass on our gratitude to Paul and if in the future we require further home improvements we would defiantly consider ADS and Paul as our chosen fitter.

Just had 2 windows put in. Wow had forgotten how proper tradesman work fantastic job could not have been more helpful nothing was too much trouble even cleaned up after finishing supurb product and installation have already ordered next 2 windows

This year we have used ADS Windows & Doors to replace the privacy glass in our bathroom as well as supply and fit new patio doors. On both occasions, from the quoting process to the final installation we have found them a very reliable and professional company to deal with. Staff are always polite and the quotes competitive. Fantastic customer service, kept us up to date with timings and start dates etc. The guys were polite, professional, on time each day and told us exactly how the job was going at each stage.
The scafffold company that they used on this ocasion were superb, getting the scaffold up in two days and taking it down in a matter of hours without it staying up for days after completion. All in all, great company and great customer service. Even a completion visit from them to ensure that the work was done to our satidfaction. Great job - great company.

Right from the outset my partner and I knew that this was the company to use. We wanted our gable end cladded, and also the rear of the house.. I enquired and a friendly face (Max) came bang on time to size up the job. His experience and proffesionalism shone through, and put me and my partner at ease, there was no pushiness on his behalf..... far from it in fact, he said if we were interested to visit the showroom in Ivybridge and look at some of the Cladding colours.
At the showroom we were met by some lovely staff, all seemed so happy in their work, Emily made us a lovely cuppa and we decided on colours and a time frame for the work to be carried out. Emily kept us posted regarding any issues and Max popped by to make sure that we were happy with the plan.
Once work started the fitting team were so proffesional. Andy and his team were so lovely, always on time and very rarely stopping to take breaks, they kept us briefed on what was to be achieved daily.
The cladding, the Guttering, the Fascias, and Soffits all had been replaced. The result is specatacular, we are so happy
The day after completion Roger turned up with some Chocolates and an aftercare box, which was a lovely touch.
All in all the whole team at ADS have been amazing and cannot thank them enough.

Windows look fantastic and very neat. I had always been cautious about changing windows as many years ago in an old house, most rooms needed redecorating following the installation. NOT IN THIS CASE.

Follow up visit from Roger was a nice touch too. As soon as we mentioned something that was not as we had thought about the door, Roger very quickly came up with a solution.

Which he then returned and implemented for us.

Everyone we have dealt with from this company have been truly professional and a genuine pleasure to have in our home

Very happy from start to finish. Sales person, Mark, visited and was helpful, not pushy.

Had to wait a bit longer than expected for the windows (thanks for all the updates Emily) but once they were ready the installation was very smooth. Installers came exactly on the date and time as agreed and were clean and tidy, thanks Mark and Jack. Windows look fantastic and very neat. Follow up visit from Roger was a nice touch too.

ADS fitted an external rear door to our property, the customer service throughout was excellent. The fitters were skilled, efficient and clean with some minor issues rectified at the earliest opportunity. Would definitely recommend to friends/family and have back again for any future work!!!

We employed the services of ADS to replace all the windows at the front of our house. The consultation stage was very thorough and deciding on the sash window option, the quotation was agreed. Once windows came into stock, approx 10 wks, a date to fit was arranged. The workmen arrived promptly, were very respectful of our property with dust cloths, stair coverings etc. The windows were fitted over next 3 days and the end result was fantastic. The attention to detail and trim finishes the workmen did was amazing. We are delighted with the final result and will definitely recommend ADS to family and friends.

ADS built a conservatory for us. Very pleased with the finished result. The fitter who came to do the window and door construction plus the supalite roof was brilliant.
