I was helped all the way through the shopping, chat line always available to answer any queries. Certainly far better experience than when shopping at Lovehoney. Just waiting for delivery and if that is as good as promised then I'll be back to add another star to my rating
There were some problems over delivery but more fault of courier and my queries were rapidly, efficiently and politely dealt with - would definitely use again
