This app made the whole process so much easier. I was able to create a compliant lease in just a few minutes, rent receipts are sent automatically, and the état des lieux feature made moving my tenant in surprisingly straightforward.
The biggest thing for me is that it explains everything clearly. My French isn't perfect, but I always understand what I'm signing and why. If you're an expat landlord or even a tenant who wants to understand your rights it's a huge help and takes away a lot of the stress. I only wish I'd found it sooner 🙌
