After a year look out!
At first, I loved these headphones but don't be fooled by the positive unboxing videos. After a year the thing is useless. After only a year the main power and function button started to not respond. The cheap plastic button just wasn't powering up the headphones. If you plug them into the charger then you hear the little battery notification sound meaning the headphones work but the cheap plastic power button is broken.
The first pair I had the button stopped working well before my warranty. I emailed them and they sent me a new pair without even looking at the broken pair. They get this problem a lot and just send you a new pair.
After another year and a half, the exact same problem happened. I go to Google and see many people with the same problem.
Now knowing the problem is so big do you think they would upgrade the button for the RPT-2? Nope. They have the exact same button and already people are commenting about them breaking.
These headphones are good for maybe one year. Then straight to the landfill.

£200 for a pair of headphones with a shelf life of less than 18 months. I bought RPT-01 Headphone due to their sleek look. The parts are cheap (recycled plastic) and they are now unfunctional and won't even power on? These headphones were sold to me as being solar powered so to have an issue which results in them being unable to power is very strange. Poor aftercare I go to adidasheadphones.com they offer a chat service that isn't even manned where you just sit in a queue waiting with no response. Very telling on the website they have a guarantee published advising customers they will replace items that develop faults it seems this is something they are aware of and now the £200 headphones they sell today for £70 on their site, terrible service avoid go to Sennhaiser instead.

Recently purchased the Adidas RPT-01 (Zoundindustries) Headphones and can relate that I'm very happy with the product purchase, delivery (DHL) and excellent level of service provided. Super-quick and effective response to rectify an order (my) mistake was also greatly appreciated.
