I've been purchasing a fair number from…

I've been purchasing a fair number from the Adesa Clear channel. The experiences started out well but quickly has gone down since! They misrepresent vehicles. Arbitration sends unqualified inspectors and won't reopen cases. The most recent case we had needed the vehicle to run for a few minutes to duplicate the issue but inspector didn't even start the vehicle. Case was denied. Several emails and calls later, still denied! Another one had trim level discrepancy. They basically stated that you bought the car for MMR, take it or return. Needless to say that there are many other sources for vehicle acquisition.

Adesa auto auctions consistently falls short of the standards expected from a major industry player. The lack of thorough, reliable vehicle disclosures creates an environment where buyers are left to absorb avoidable surprises. It reflects a troubling disregard for accuracy and due diligence - two qualities that should be foundational in any operation.
Equally concerning is the posture of their customer support and arbitration teams. Communication is slow, solutions are superficial, and there's a pervasive sense that addressing legit issues is viewed as an inconvenience rather than a responsibility. The process feels designed to exhaust the buyer instead of resolve the problem.
Overall, Adesa projects the image of a company far more invested in moving inventory than maintaining transparency, accountability, or trust. For professionals who expect consistency and integrity, this auction is not for you. This auction house demands far more patience than it ever earns.
My sales rep, Jackson Taylor and his GM, Mark Wilde have mislead me and refused to help in this matter. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AUCTION! They will sell you JUNK under green light and high CR scores

We purchased a vehicle from Adesa New…

We purchased a vehicle from Adesa New Jersey, on August 7, 2025. Absent title, It's been over 40 days and i still have not received the title. I've made multiple attempts to contact the Adesa and Headquarter and also the title department to get updates but communication has either been vague or nonexistent. They told me the seller is untouchable. Now they do not want to pay me for the shipping, they want me to take it to a different location so they can save the seller money. This situation has caused a major inconvenience.

Horrible Auto Auction! STAY AWAY…BEWARE. Arbitration will find and turn all legit claims. Bought a car with leaks from ADESA Clear Los Angeles. We sent them pix and 3rd party inspection Report. Arbitration denied because their inspector was too lazy to look under the car to see the leaks.

I'm suspicious

I have never purchased a car from this location or of this type. I still wanted to pay, but I got the title in my name without having purchased or paid for it. Still, I was informed that I have to pay $8,000 for a vehicle at an auction in Las Vegas, while I am in St. Louis, MO. I filed a dispute stating that I have never purchased any cars from this location or of this type of vehicle, yet they still want me to pay. I have now received a title in my name without having purchased or paid for the vehicle. and do not vehicle in my position.

I have purchased numerous of cars…

I have purchased numerous of cars online from ADESA clear. They supposed to have a link description of the damages and problems with the car as well as what works. I have purchased cars that they said was in running condition and had few codes which wasn't major. upon paying for the cars, I have run into cars with bad transmissions, some where the sound doesn't work and some, had engines wasn't any good. So, when you do arbitration on the cars that has severe issue that wasn't described they won't honor the mistake of the member of their origination slackness and tells you basically you have to fix the issue yourself. That totally bad business knowing that, if a dealer is purchasing cars at an offsite that no one is allowed on the see or check the car out the information on the car needs to be accurate. These people are rip offs and need to pay for taking folks hard earn money. I paid $7k for a Hyundai Genesis that has a bad head unit that wasn't described in the damages description, and was told by ADESA clear they don't cover the entertainment system. Hyundai dealer said is going to cost $2300 to fix. SMH this extremely bad business Carvana.

Si quiere conservar su dinero y la reputación de su empresa, ADESA mientras más lejos mejor. Vehículos con daños ocultos, accidentados con reparaciones muy mal hechas y escondidas, repintados, muchos daños no descritos, oxido, kilómetros manipulados y un sin fin de irregularidades que solo te costaran tiempo y dinero, sin que esto le importe en lo absoluto a estos sinvergüenzas. Retrasos en las entregas de los vehículos de hasta 4 meses y el servicios de atención al cliente es grosero, prepotente y totalmente inútil. Subastas que nunca adjudican solo para explorar los precios y posteriormente vuelven a subastar el mismo vehículo pero con precio de salida más elevado. Cuidado con ADESA subastas, solo te traerán problemas.

trustworthy and professional

On Feb 15, I called ADESA Edmonton and and left a message about auction my car. Mr. Lars Eivinsen called me back and asked me to fill out the application and he sent two gentlemen to pick up the car from my place. On Feb 21, Tuesday, Lars called informing me the car was sold at much higher price. I was given the choices to either pick up the cheque myself or by mail. Due to the distance, I asked him to mail the cheque. On March 8, I texted Lars letting him know that I was still waiting for the cheque. Lars texted me to confirm my address; then, he called letting me know he would reprint the cheque and has the cheque delivered to me the same day. Yes, I got the cheque and the bill of sale at 4:05pm,
I really appreciate ADESA's car auction service, making car buying/selling easy. With my own experience, I trust the company, especially Mr. Lars Eivinsen. They had done what they promised. Thank you all!

Worst experience I ever had

Worst experience I ever had. The management team has no idea what goes on right under there own noses.The cars are over priced junkers. Which have to be driven across a busy road with no license plate or insurance.
