Would be -5 of if I had an option I bought 2 body suits as I need them for health reasons they was over priced but thought I’d be getting a better quality of item they changed me 49 pounds each item and when I went on to Temu they came in a 9-15 pounds each. They refuse to refund me any money even for items that had not been tried on .THIS COMPANY ARE A RIP OFF and as for the friendly caring staff (NOT) they did not offer xs so you think surgical suits would be small as they are for compression but once I bought them they then offered me xs the refused to even take the items back CON

Zero star, not even 1. Items were shipped late, came with such poor quality and looks nothing like on website. I returned everything and they did not even show up to work to accept return orders. After they did, they dared to deny refunding to my original payment and issued credit which is completely BS. I did not ask for credit and the return policy said refund to original payment. There was ZERO response from seller.

This place is a scam. The return address looks like another business. Do not purchase!!!

Lost almost $300 on this debacle.

Item ordered was not shipped. Company processed payment immediately but then kept delaying shipment. Its been over one month and still no item. Tried to cancel and was told this was not possible because they had already "processed" the order. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Their behavior is inexcusable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

THEY arrived 4 wks later and they were rubbish
AWFUL STYLE (not like the pics online)

After many many emails
i accepted a replacement ( different dress)
Well guess what
ALL OF THE ABOVE AGAIN
these items are not KMart prices
AND KMART IS BETTER.
They wear you out - with so many apologies
Then tell you if you send them back it at your expense

Botanical Garden White Set. Look exactly like the photos advertised. My package arrived in 2 days right on time for my vacation. I feel so pretty like a different person and I can wear this set all day long at our resort. My birthday is coming up and I will come back to get their red set.

Here’s the short version, if you want the longer story read below. Customer service is slow to respond or just do not respond. You pay for return shipping, and no exchanges are possible at this time. Your refund on an exchange will take over a month and multiple emails.

I purchased a dress August 28th and paid $10 shipping. It was delivered and it was too small, no biggie. I emailed customer support and asked if I could do an exchange, they said “No” and that they do not have those capabilities yet. They also would not send me a return label. No biggie again. They left very detailed instructions about how to get the return back to them, and required email proof I did it. I paid $15 to return the dress. I repurchased the dress, paid $10 in shipping again to receive a new one.

I received notification the return arrived September 11. I emailed asking about my refund, they confirmed receiving the dress. On September 25th customer service said it could take up to 14 BUSINESS days to receive my refund and that I would receive an email when it was processed.

On OCTOBER 16, 22, 24th I followed up about my refund. ZERO response.

I received my refund MINUS taxes on Oct 19.

Honestly yall unless you know your size I would not recommend this place. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever had to email with and I felt like I had to fight to get my money back. Not worth your time.

I bought 3 matching sets from them for my Italian trips and I received compliments everywhere I went. This never happened before. Absolutely amazing! Please make more of this kind of style and I will come back for more.

I would give 0 stars because this brand is quite literally a scam. Ordered something and it never arrived. Customer service wouldn’t answer emails unless I threatened to ‘contact authorities’. Said they were refunding me but it never happened. Buy from here if you want to lose your money for no reason 😊. Will be looking at taking further legal action. Kind regards. Xoxo

I really wish I would have done my research before spending my money on this clothing store. It’s a scam. I placed an order and never shipped and never gotten back to me . Buyers, please be aware.

I was so sceptical at first to order with Adeirlina because it felt a little bit sketchy.
But I ordered the Botanical set and here is my thoughts:

- Delivery: I got delivered in the US, my package shipped out 5 days after I ordered and arrived 6 days after it had shipped. So the delivery time in the US was pretty reasonable.

- Customer Service: was very responsive when I needed information. They replied in 24 hours.

- Clothes: The set I ordered is absolutely stunning. But the material smelled harsh chemicals and and the quality is definitely not worth the price ! So beware of that if you order it is not high quality material.
If you consider buying the Botanical Set know that it is very see through (top and skirt) but you can fix that with nude undergarnments. Overall it is a stunning set but cheap quality and see through.

FRAUD , NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL

I purchased some items from here with the promise of good quality, but they were so cheap, scratchy fabric, and see-through. I submitted a request for return and send it all back (at my own expensive- they dont cover their own customers), then contacted them after three weeks, as I had not heard a response. They told me that they received my return to and to "kindly" and "patiently" give them two weeks to process it. It has been another three weeks and I contacted them again, and they did not answer. And then again.
Basically, the people running this "brand" are likely spending 80 cents having each piece made, and charging luxury prices. Just another instagram scam brand. If I don't get my refund soon, they will be fighting with my credit company.
Now I'm publishing my review under a different email, so that I don't have my refund revoked for speaking truth

DO NOT BUY! RETURN/ REFUND PROCESS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE. SITE DELETES UNFAVORABLE REVIEWS ON THEIR PAGE. I purchased the dress during a sale and knew I messed up when I received the tiniest square package. The dress was supposed to have a full skirt. The fabric was see through, ill fitting, and limp. Nothing like the pictures. I sent the dress back and went about month without hearing back from them. I wrote to them and asked if they received it yet and when I could expect a refund. They asked me to provide the tracking number. I had sent it over a month ago, I no longer had it. I let them know their return policy did not state we needed to provide them with our tracking number to have them confirm whether they received it or not. They said without it, they could not do anything. My post office worked miracles and found the tracking number. When I provided it them they said ok we will give you a refund then. ??? Mind you their return address is a random tailor shop and they received it almost a week after I sent it. So if I had not emailed them to ask they wouldn’t have ever issued it on their own? It was awful. I stopped following the influencer who posted a dress from this company.

What a terrible clothing store.
The quality of the fabrics are so poor, and I mean chinese level of cheap.
Given the exorbitant prices I was expecting very high quality clothes, incredibly disappointed.
The pictures of the clothes look very high quality but they are incredibly misleading, in reality they look nothing like what's advertised.
The original price of outfit I bought cost more than 400 €, I purchased it on sale thank goodness, words can't describe how immensely dissapointed I was at what I received.
I wanted to leave a review on the site but I wasn't able to.
I hope my review helps future customers to stay away from this supposedly luxury store clothes. DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY!!

My order of 2 dresses was overlooked for more than a month, I emailed them and got a reply 3 days later pretty much saying "oops sorry we forgot". Received only 1 dress weeks later and received a refund for the other because it was out of stock. It clearly wasn't out of stock, they just wanted me to buy the dress again at a higher price (I'm from Australia so shipping kills too, I was trying to justify the postage cost by getting 2 dresses in the first place) and basically ignored the subsequent emails I sent them.

I requested a refund for the dress I purchased (unworn, tags attached, in original packaging) and was provided with the return address on 7 November. I sent the dress back from Australia and tracking shows it was delivered on 20 November. It is now 15 December and I have not received a refund or a response to my follow-up emails. Extremely poor customer service. Would not recommend.

Scam!! Never got the package. Spent A$365 including delivery cost. But they never sent it. Terrible customer service, when you enquire about the items they don’t reply or give proper information about it.

Ordered two dresses in August, a nearly £200 order which I used Klarna to pay for so I wasn’t out of pocket too much. Returned both dresses at a cost of £25 to myself as they do not cover international return shipping (should have been a red flag in the first place!!!). Sent proof of return etc which they acknowledged and waited for a refund to come through to my Klarna account. Said refund never appeared and I reported this to Klarna as the due date was fast approaching. It took a further three weeks and constant emails from myself before they replied saying my order had been refunded. HOWEVER, it has not been fully refunded and I am still being expected to pay a percentage of the order. I am now being ghosted by the company and am getting no responses to my emails. Awful customer service, awful quality dresses, just terrible all round.
