Addy personal are very easy to work with.

This operation is contrary to real estate development laws and securities laws in British Columbia and elsewhere. Specifically, reporting issuers and investment funds may not use the 'crowdfunding' exemption under NI 45-110 at all. They openly do at Addyinvest.com and that is illegal. Anybody throwing money away like this deserves to lose it because they are stupid. Look at the 'reviews' here. This 'Hotel California' ponzi fraud absolutely reeks. AVOID.

Update: One of the pumpers has posted; "But if you are in a desperate need to withdraw your funds, it can be extremely costly where you can expect the legal fees to exceed $500 due to all agreements, filings, and administrative work that needs to happen before “share transfer” is approved."

Since these reprobates have apparently NEVER, EVER paid out a single cent, dummies need not worry about their lost money ever again. Its gone.

I recommend Addy to anyone who's frustrated with trying to get into Vancouver real estate.
