Rose And Angelica Are The Best!
While I accidentally lost my original order info, customer service resprentatives helped me sort out a mistake that I made when making my order and adding an additional item as a bonus. As soon as I realized the mistake I had made, several different customer service representatives addressed each and everyone of my questions in a remarkably efficient and productive way. Their superiors should be very proud of the way they provided assistance to me. Every business should have such valuable employees!! If every company had a Rose or Angelica I am certain there would be MANY more satisfied customers!! MANY Thanks for helping me sort out a mistake that I made.

Amazing Product and Customer Service
First and foremost, the product is amazing! Excellent quality and very presentable. The representatives kept in touch with me throughout the process. I had ordered a second A Day in the History, but must have deleted the email and instructions, and frankly, forgot about it. "Rose" reached out and I was able to get my product, and it will still be on time for my daughter's birthday! This was nothing short of outstanding customer service!
