I am not happy at the moment as l just realised that my ticket is not entitled to luggage allowance. I was asked to take the 23kg with me on.the flight and pit it underneath my seat.
Can Tom Clarke please kindly look into and address the situation as l am very happy at the moment with the situation.relating to my luggage allowance. Mind you my ticket is over £800 only to come up.with issues with the luggage allowance
