The guys were so professional in all aspects of the installation from respect for your home to timelines on completion of the job. Also explaining in detail how the system works was a great help for me as I had limited knowledge. You know when people are committed to doing a great job when you get the after care I got with a personal phone number I got if I had any problems or needed any advice. Connor & Lee a fitted a brand new Air Source Heat Pump and new Combi Gas Boiler to our property, along with 12 new radiators over 2.5days. They were polite, tidy and efficient. They made sure I understood how the work was progressing and consulted with me when required. Their work is of the highest standard and they clearly aim to get the job done right first time. Absolutely no complaints and would thoroughly recommend these guys to any level of complex domestic or commercial installation.
I had the same 2 workers until the works had finished so I was very comfortable in their presence they were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves and they left having done a very tidy job so many thanks to them.
I have just had Conner and Nick install a complete air source heating system. I would recommend them for their work ethic. Firstly they are very competent as engineers, they are efficient, tidy, respectful of occupants and property and it always helps with their cheerful personality. so once again thank you to you both.
They do work well on the odd bacon butty and a cuppa.

The service I received was very professional. Remove bath and replace, fit new mixer taps and new shower screen. Everything that was required, was brought to site (bath, shower screen, mixer taps and bath panel) fitted to a very high standard. All within the timescale as agreed. The plumber was very pleasant and helpful. The site was left tidy and cleared of all waste. Excellent service. Mark from Burnley.
