Always wary of dealing with new companies especially with such low prices, but bit the bullet and so glad to say items were as advertised and arrived within a few days. Hope to use them again.

Please accept our apologies that we were unable to supply your item. Our records show that you were contacted on the day of your order to advise that we were currently out of stock and you replied requesting a refund. I can see that the refund request was processed to your card issuer that same day and it is an industry standard that card issuers take longer to process credits than debits.

A comparatively good price for the product. Despite an expected delay in delivery over the Christmas period , once despatched was signalled, the product arrived expeditiously. No complaints.

Avtex TVMy experience was excellent

My experience was excellent, really good company to deal with, well packed and really prompt delivery, I would definitely use this company in the future and would highly recommend to others.

3rd time returning customer

I ordered a product in a particular colour. Active Outlet wwwwwere prompt to respond that they had run out of stock in that colour and advised me that another was available if I was happy with it. I was. They arrived the next day. I was stunned.

I think that we just slipped between the cracks, and once this was brought to their attention, they were brilliant. Would use them again.
