Always wary of dealing with new companies especially with such low prices, but bit the bullet and so glad to say items were as advertised and arrived within a few days. Hope to use them again.

Active Outlet were generally excellent…
Active Outlet were generally excellent and I was very pleased with their service - the only concern I had was a note with my purchase referring to their terms and conditions and that any defect must be reported within 7 days - the item I purchased (waders) would not be used within that period (and still haven't been) and any defect has not been apparent in that period - and that statement seemed to be at variance with statutory consumer rights and also it appears, the practice of e.g. Amazon as trading partners who I believe allow 30 days - I was just concerned about that one issue - otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

Many thanks for your review and I am happy to find that you received your order and that you are happy with our service. The 7 days is a request to advise if the item has arrived damaged so we can quickly resolve any issues such as transit damage which are often time sensitive. Just to confirm that this doesn't affect your 30 day consumer right.

Good service but poor product
Service and delivery were good but I was quite disappointed with the Oxford double pannier that I bought. The fastening design to the bike rack is weak and the pannier rattles about a lot when riding. The panniers are quite tapered which is a strange design amd means a rucksack won't slide to the bottom of the pannier.
