Effective
I took Active Iron 25mg for 2 months. My iron levels went up significantly (from low to the upper end of normal), and it’s very gentle on the stomach. However, my ferritin stores only improved slightly, so I still feel some fatigue. Overall, a good product that works, but it may take longer to rebuild reserves.

Excellent - the only iron supplement that has truly made a difference to my levels (I take the 25mg). Long way to go but after 3 months much better and I take on an empty stomach with no side effects.

I love active iron
I love active iron. It is a fabulous multi vitamin and iron. It’s gentle on the stomach and works wonders. Hard to find it in pharmacies lately so ordered online and was quick and easy!
