Active Heating & Renewables Ltd Recensioni

Excellent professional service, Tom is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Annual boiler service.
Carried out on 9th June '23. As per previous work carried out on my property, polite, friendly, professional service. I would recommend this company.

I appreciated that Tom was the person who installed my boiler and knew all about it. He left the place clean and tidy.

Realistic and timely quote, happy to talk through options and come up with an alternative solution. The installation was completed on time in a very professional manner. Would definitely recommend.

Very pleased with the work that active have done for us and continue to do. They are professional, knowledgeable and suggest ways where money can be saved if possible.

Recently upgraded to bi-energy: new panel, electric furnace(already had gas). Great crew ! Thanks to electricians Bernard and Tristan for their inventive and creative approach to dealing and resolving some complex issues. Also to Simon for his initial over view.
Plumbing work by Sviatoslav was A-1.
Crew always punctual, left the place clean and orderly.

The stopcock tap in the kitchen could not be turned.
The problem was quickly identified and an excellent solution provided. The work was then carried out expertly.
Punctual, skilled, efficient, no mess and really very friendly and respectful.
Highly recommended.

Highly recommend Active Plumbing & Heating.

The engineer was very professional and left everywhere clean.

Brilliant service, polite workers. Highly recommend

These guys did a great job, at a fair price.
Informative planning, pleasant and courteous.
The job of upgrading my central heating system, proved more challenging than expected. However, the team worked so hard, to complete the work to a very high standard.
John especially, put many hours in, even ensuring the pipe work, fitted in with the kitchen decor; in fact it looks so good, I shan’t box it in.

I was recommended Active Plumbing & Heating by supplier Genius Hub (Smart Heating Controls). I have spoken with Tom & Emma, who have been amazing to get things organised. Today, John came to our home (in Bicester) to complete "Phase 1" of project, installing new TRVs to our cast iron radiators. Our cast iron radiators caused some challenges for John, but he kept his cool and did amazing job installing the TRVs, commissioning them and recalibrating the boiler.
"Phase 2" of project is to take place next week (setting up & commissioning) the Genius Hub system. Based on the experience I've had so far, I'd highly recommend Active Plumbing & Heating to complete your home heating and plumbing projects!!

Active Heating have just carried out an annual service of my LPG boiler, and the essential repairs.
The service was second to none...they turned up on time, were efficient and courteous, and all at a reasonable cost.
I would have no hesitation in recommending them as an excellent efficient plumbing and heating specialist.

I used Active Plumbing & Heating to fit a new System Boiler, including power flush, new gas pipe and a smart thermostat. Tom and the team (John, Corey, Ross, Emma) were excellent through-out the process, from consultation, to the final installation. The job was thorough, and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Was kept informed of when Tom would arrive for annual service as he had to deal with an emergency call out. Always courteous and helpful.

Used Active Plumbing & Heating for years, always professional and accommodating, never let us down. Would highly recommend.

Tom and his team upgraded my boiler to a Daikin heat pump system. The job was very complicated and took a full week to complete but the guys were extremely efficient, tidy and did the whole job to the highest standard of workmanship.

Despite the supplier sending the wrong boiler the engineers went out of their way to get the right boiler and then proceeded to do all the work of updating my heating system and fitting same. This is an old house and most things are not straight forward but nothing seemed to phase them. All that running upstairs must keep them fit. I'm very pleased with the result and would recommend highly.

If you are looking for bathroom plumbing services as I was recently, then look no further than Active Plumbing and Heating. Excellent service throughout. Fast, efficient, and friendly with nothing too much trouble. Start the process by calling Emma who guided me through and arranged a quotation. Great work completed by John and Connor and the team. Highly recommended David Brown Leverstock Green

When making the booking I was told about the Call Out fee of £90+VAT.
Friendly lad, seemed to know his job. Unfortunately the promised quote for the replacement part has not been done, so I am stuck with a sick boiler and having to find another company to do the job. Expensive waste of time.
