Account expired
In February 2026 I purchased a Microsoft office account from activation keep. All worked fine at first. Then on Thursday this week I went to my laptop to look up some earlier emails only to find that the account had expired.
I immediately emailed activation keep ltd and so far have heard nothing, so presumably that's it?

Microsoft Software Good Experience so far!
I bought a Microsoft software activaction code and it was all smooth.. until this week after a year or so of using it. I contacted customer services and even though it is a Saturday they promptly replied to my issues and resolved it within a couple of hours. I would recommend.

Great support - they fixed my activation issue quickly
I'd been using Activation Keep for a while and was really happy with it. For some reason, the activation failed after a few months. I contacted Activation Keep and after some troubleshooting they were able to fix it and reactivated my account. Thank you to the team for the great job and quick support. I will definitely buy again!

Purchased Office 365 license
I purchased an Office 365 license at an excellent price. I was initially sceptical, but the activation process was straightforward and easy to follow with step by step guides and videos.

Bought a licence, and then ran into problems, problem after problem. Nothing to do with keys provided by activation keep, but there support in particular MOREN was an exceptional, went back many times, always knowledgeable and responsive, solved it in the end. Highly recommended.
