I have known Anu for a year and she has been my business coach for several months. Having recently become self employed and setting up my own business, I was drawn to Action Coach as the world's most successful business coaching organisation and was lucky enough to meet Anu. Anu is an inspirational business bombshell, she fires you up and tunes your mindset into a positive business animal. Anu is so passionate about helping businesses grow and reach their true potential, that she will give her all to making your business a success, for Anu it is personal. She provides me with the knowledge and keeps me focussed and driven on the steps I need to take to drive my business to the next level and beyond, and holds me accountable for taking action. If you are ready for a business coach look no further, I wish I had signed up from the very start !

It's a pleasure working with Anu and the team. I'm learning a lot and business is improving by the day. Another thing we value the most is the personal growth support you get also. We've been with ActionCoach Manchester for 10 months and we've learnt more this year, than in all our 15 years of business combined. I honestly don't think we'd still be trading if James Burke hadn't helped us through some extremely difficult months.

We experienced the perfect storm of higher costs, inflation, interest rate increases, staffing issues, shipping delays, supplier troubles and unprecedented low sales - we couldn't see a way out, but week by week we clawed our way back to profitability, negotiated with suppliers and increased sales. We're now looking to sell more in Q4 alone than in the whole of 2021, in the middle of a recession!

James Burke has been supportive, challenged our limiting beliefs and encouraged us to lean into our own strengths. Taking action was never an issue, but focusing on being productive instead of busy has made the world of difference to us and our business.

I cannot believe how far we've come in such a short period, and I would recommend any proactive business owner to give James B and James V a chance - you won't regret it. We're now part of the most supportive and uplifting business community I could have only dreamt of, and I can now call a number of people my friends.

We chose to go all in with 1-2-1 weekly meetings but others have started at the bottom and worked their way up. I can't speak for any of the other coaches at ActonCoach but Jamie Goral is my guy. If it was not for him, I would not be in business right now. We have gone from £500k per year to now almost £1.8 MM per year over the last 2 and a half years working together. Not only that, I went from working 16 hours a day to around 5 hours a week as it runs it selfs and is still growing.
