All was fine until I decided I was moving and asked to cancel contract.
I was then told it was a 36 month contract and the full amount of it was due if I cancelled.
I was told at installation that there was no problem cancelling. As I knew I was moving, I would not have signed up to a contract of this duration. Alan did not explain that or say these conditions.
I didn't sign any contract but beware. They are very nice when you are purchasing and installing but not so nice when you need to move on.

From ordering to installation, everything went smoothly. Kieron installed our alarm system and the whole experience was excellent. He was professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly before finishing. The fitting was neat and efficient. Highly recommend!

All great. Bradley was very helpful and attentive. Very modern devices and we got full explanation of how everything works and it's very easy to use.

I had a good experience setting up the security system with Action 24 thanks to Bradley and Malcolm. I cannot review on the product as such as it’s pretty new. But the features looks pretty promising.

I contacted three house alarm companies for quotes and Action24 were easily the most straightforward to deal with. Gave me all the information I needed over the phone and then in an email without having to come out to the house.
The installation was performed by Kieron who was really pleasant to deal with and consulted with me about where the monitors and panel would be best placed. He gave a very clear demo of how to work the system which I found very helpful.
Overall found the communication really good and their price is better than competitors so I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Great costumer service since the first minute that I reached out to the sales team. Bradley (a true Palmeirense!) was super polite and went through all the details and specs of the system/plan.

Graham installed the alarm in a quickly and tidy manor. He explained how everything works and was super polite with me.

Absolutely delighted with my new alarm system and video doorbell. Malcom was the Engineer. A genuinely nice guy. Explained things very clearly. He tidied up after himself and took down the old system that we had. As my partner and I are no spring chickens the clarity of the system is very reassuring. Feel safer going into the future.

Everything from the first call to the installation of the system went smoothly and very professional. Alan on the phone and Graham who called out both did a remarkable job in handling everything. I would recommend using Action24 for security and fire monitoring.

Sebastian was very concerned to see that all aspects of the system are working perfectly. He had to telephone me as I was not at home. He was very patient and persistent in ensuring that communication was good.

Kieran did a fantastic job setting up the cameras for my alarm system. He did a very neat job with the unit in the attic and explained everything with the system to me prior to leaving. Would highly recommend Action 24 as a result.
