Bezahlt - weder Ware erhalten noch wurde auf E-Mails etc reagiert. Die angegebene WhatsApp Nummer existiert nicht.
Nachtrag:
Nach mehreren Tagen wurde sich gemeldet und ich habe mittlerweile meine Ware erhalten. Ob es nur aufgrund der Bewertung war, keine Ahnung, auffällig war es jedoch trotzdem, da die Firma sich circa 20min nach der Bewertung gemeldet hat.

You contacted a old WhatsApp number of us. If you used the new number, we would have replied earlier. We contacted you immediately after your review, because we received an email from Trustpilot. You received your order, so we are not sure why we get called a scam.

Echt top! DHL had pakketje verloren, maar via whatsapp was de customer service echt uitstekend. Hebben het opnieuw opgestuurd en binnen 2-3 dagen binnengekregen. Verder alles van hoge kwaliteit! Zeker een aanrader.
Actifolic is not responding to my emails. I didn’t receive my order and they did not send a notification. Problem solved.👍

Excellent customer service. Tomer was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping me with my issue!He immediately had a solution for my issue. I’ve already ordered many times on their website and never ever did I face some kind of problem. Delivery after payment was always very fast. Highly recommend. And if you have some kind of issue, you write to Tomer, he will answer faster than a lightning strike! :) 5/5 starts without hesitation!
I needed a product very soon and i sended a email to them to explain that. They replied in like 30 minutes to tell me the package was going to be send the exact same day. Tomer was very friendly and understood the rush of the package. It doesn’t happen very often that people are so friendly and that they understand when something needs to be send very fast. I recomend Acti Folic to everyone. Five stars for sure!
