Dishonest company with bad products
I bought a ton of products from Urban Retreat by Acti Labs and found many of them irritated my skin, and some had horrible strong smells. The products are not very good quality. When I went to leave honest reviews on the website in hopes that my feedback would help improve the experience for others, my reviews were not posted on the website. Apparently they only post 5 star reviews for each of their products and if you submit anything less they don’t post for transparency for the customers.Such a dishonest business practice seemingly to hide a more comprehensive view of how their products really are.

I was an ambassador for acti labs
I was an ambassador for acti labs. My upline was great, her upline was appalling. Needless to say I was told I’d make lots of sales. Nearly lost friends through trying to get them to buy my products. No help given to help you sell, even though they say they will help you. Bad company. Products not that brilliant. The shampoo and conditioner made my greasy hair even more greasy. They did some lovely eyeshadows but then discontinued them (they do this all the time). The only product I loved was the leave in conditioning spray.
Over priced rubbish
Products are overpriced and not that good, you can get better elsewhere for a fraction of the cost... I bought a product which I never opened so decided to sell it on for less than I paid and got told to 'Remove my post' because apparently I can't discount items.... I paid for it so I should be able to do with it what I please.. The company also openly talks poorly about other skincare/beauty companies saying their products are not safe/lacking in quality...yet they use the same ingredients in their version of the products...

Bad skin reaction followed by poor customer service will not buy again.
I bought the FabYoulous offer recommended by the Facebook seller, I have asked about a face cream which contains hyaluronic serum, I thought ok I’ll give it a go. I had a bad reaction to both the cream and the eye gel and immediately washed it off, I sent photos to the seller who said oh I’ve never seeen this before and referred me to the website admin page, I emailed photos and explanation to be told our products are non allergic so you cannot return them. This is really disappointing and I understand I may have a reaction that other don’t but I have never had one before. I expected some solution to be offered such as try our sensitive cream for free but nothing. The Facebook agent has also gone quiet when she normally messages quite regularly, I would have expected some follow up to ask how I got on with the complaint.
Very disappointed and will NOT buy anything from them again even though I have purchased the 3D corrector before, I’ll buy from elsewhere.
Awful customer service!!
I have spent quite a bit of money on Acti as I was a Ambassador for them! I received a faulty foundation where the pump was clearly broken because no foundation would come out ( brand new foundation). I videoed This as proof and emailed the admin for help .
I did what they suggested and still nothing and you can’t access the foundation any other way due to there badly designed bottles !
They refuse to refund or replace and kept saying my videos weren’t good enough proof!
Yet they replaced a foundation for another consultant who also had the same problem! They clearly favour you if you sell loads!! They called me rude too when I was only expressing my annoyance that I didn’t agree with the way there were handling this matter!
I had been warned not to join due to rude unhelpful managers but sadly I went against my better judgment !
The kit cost my £75 plus over £100 in sales etc and this is how they treat there consultants . I have since left because I can not promote or advertise for a company that does not put things right for there customers!
I absolutely regret joining !
Not worth the money
I brought some bits from Acti Labs now UR (and I can prove it) and the eye shadows are absolutely crap, revolution do a better job with eye shadows for a fraction of the price. The lashes for me were dreadful 😩 would never ever buy from there again. UR what have you let your self in for

I lost 4 kilos and now tightened my arm wings, chip wraps and the 3d corrector is amazing it’s my absolute favorite go to and I will never use foundation again. Even through the pandemic they kept us informed.
Appalling there is nothing 'gel' about…
Appalling there is nothing 'gel' about the eyeliner pencil, just a very hard, bog-standard pencil that you can buy anywhere for a to be fraction of the cost.
The same applies to 'magnetic' eyelashes, the only way they differ from any other is the glue is black, not white or clear. Also the only way to get the black glue off your skin if you have an accident, is with actual bleach the one we clean our kitchens with! Soap and water won't cut it.
Lastly I had to invest £40 for Estee Lauded makeup remover to get the black glue off my eyelids because nothing else worked and I was concerned I was damaging the skin under my eyes with all the constant rubbing.

Amazing make up, slimming and skincare products
I have used these products for the past 19 months. Literally, the best make up that I’ve had ever used. The coverage is amazing and light. All their products are anti-acne.
The anti-imperfections range has made a huge difference to my skin.
The Hydra-slim and wraps are brilliant.
I absolutely 💯% love these products
I absolutely 💯% love these products. They are well packaged, the boxes are professionally laid out and the bottles are really stylish. The make up quality is really good. The coverage of the 3d corrector is amazing! The foundation is fantastic and a pea sized amount covers HALF my face. I got the mascara and my lashes are growing better than ever. I am using Body as a daily supplement, I find I'm not snacking as much as I used to and I have so much more energy!
Non existent customer service
Would rather give 0 star review. Their customer service is atrocious! I ordered the 3d corrector cream, in light. I am normally light and as there were no images for reference for the medium/dark options I figured better be safe than sorry. Famous last words! I admittedly did receive the product quickly which is about the only good thing I can say. Upon receipt I realised by just looking that it was far too light for my skin and so would be no good. I immediately contacted customer services requesting either an exchange or a refund/return after I fully explained the situation. I even asked them whether to bother sending the item back, as I could have given it to a friend. Unfortunately every question I asked was just responded with a copy of the return policy. I asked questions about the policy in the hope of a simple answer from a human being. But all I received were copies of the policy. Nothing was made clear to me and so to avoid missing out on the 14 day part, I sent my product back. I have now been told that the situation has been sorted. However they have my money AND the product. AND are now ignoring every email I send to them. I even asked the rep to find more information, however they haven't been helpful there either. I am disgusted with them. I am sure the product would have been great but I will never use this company again.
Shockingly disgusting poor customer service
People this is a serious warning read all these reviews an read mine and know that if u still decide to become a customer of there's u will be lied to and u will be spoken to like crap and treated like crap they lay god with ur account and ur money , Well where do I start , how about with the fact I waited nearly a week an my order still was not processed so I done what any sane person would do I wrote an email asking could I please have an explanation for where my order was every time I order from acti-labs it always takes ages to come and I don't understand why, and the totally insane reply I got was "ok we won't tell u we are doing the best during these difficult times instead I will tell you your orders are both cancelled and refunded!" And not only did they cancel my order but Elena also took it upon herself to block me from going onto my account an proceeded to ignore all my emails that I sent after receiving that insane response I've still not heard back off them even my Rep agreed that they had no right to do it they acted shamefully and her words was "who even does that it's petty and shocking" and she's right it was Petty and it is shocking and it's totally insane , anyway this Deon lady rang my mom about some questions she had about their products so I tried to grab a few minutes to u see if this Deon could help me because even my Rep couldn't get them to communicate and deon said that I deserved it because of how my email came across , my Rep seen a copy of the email so did a few other people all of whom agree that no my email was not bad I was expressin myself because I was a frustrated customer so u know what I'm done with this rude company even though the diet products was workin I'm not about to give up my dignity and order off them it's just worth it I'd rather find another diet that works for me I've nearly lost all the weight I wanted to only a few pounds to go so really it's a win win because they don't get my money anymore and I don't have to deal with this Elena or Deon ever again!!

Extremely poor quality sold by people on Facebook who pretends to be your friend by bombarding you Facebook with extremely poor make up skills who use filters to show before and after I can’t believe I got sucked in , also claiming you can loose weight but drinking there terrible coffee i think facebook should regulated and not be allowed remember that it’s not genuine if someone is making money out of you on Facebook to sell there products!
Tiny quantities
I’ve ordered 4 different shades of foundation because each time I go to reorder the one I’ve had is out of stock. Another issue is the packaging. I’m not convinced the full amounts are being put in the containers. There’s absolutely no way of checking how much you have left until you’ve run out and it’s not like you can pop to the shop and buy more same day. One foundation I bought lasted 2weeks!!! I only used a pea size amount each morning. It’s cheap but now I understand why. 2 bottles a month is madness especially when they never seem to have the shade I need. Compare sizes to your current makeup before you buy and even then, don't expect to get the correct quantity!! There’s hardly anything inside and the bottles are massively deceptive and exaggerated by using a big hollow cavity. I’ll happily show you my dismantled bottle if you email me (it’s ridiculous!!)
Very extreme shades too. Nothing in between so you may decide to mix them like I had to. You’ve either orange or white. I’ve gone back to using no7. Too unreliable and runs out far too quickly to sustain my custom.
The diet supplements contains the same ingredients as standard herbal remedies you can buy at a fraction of the price elsewhere (Holland & Barrett, boots and even home bargains) so don’t be fooled by the packaging and ‘French technology’ rubbish.
The night time pills are literally low dose valerian. The Hydraslim caused very high levels of uric acid in my blood which alarmed my GP so beware if you have any issues around kidney function or gout and I was drinking 2litres on top of the hydraslim so I wasn’t dehydrated.
Basically do your homework before you buy, be prepared to not get the same product twice because of shocking stock control and the quantities are very deceptive as the foundation bottle looks average but the contents are VERY small!!! Oh and there’s a ‘no refund policy’ 👍🏻 So don’t expect your money back.
My ambassador however, was lovely and did her upmost to sort my issues. I just feel so sorry for her, constantly having to apologise for such a shocking company. Don’t be seduced by the ‘new technology’ there’s nothing new about Actilabs.

The customer service at this company is disgustingly poor.
I ordered samples of skin care goods but this was not available for all the goods. I ordered a sample of night cream, anti imperfections gel and cleanser as I have a skin condition and wanted to try before I buy. They were all fine and the ambassador I went through advised if the night cream was ok then the day cream would also be fine along with the 3D Corrector cream- sadly it was not the case and after one wear my skin did not react well to either of the products that I could not obtain a sample for. I emailed to return the goods and received several emails with the returns policy copied and pasted - no personal information relating to specifics in my email just a copy and pasted returns policy. There was an address to return the goods on the policy so I returned the goods with a copy of the email trail and they signed as having received this 3 days later- but 3 weeks later still no refund. I have emailed again today and received the response below:

The products are not faulty.
You have not had a verified reaction to them.
You have not followed the returns procedure.
NB. A Returns Policy is a standard document therefor it is entirely appropriate to copy/paste it. We did highlight the part which applied to you so that you could comply with it.

This is just rude given there was a number of emails in the trail, that outlined the reason for return. They have assumed the product is not fault or that I have not had a reaction!
I have outlined I expect a refund by 7th January 2021 or I will take the matter further and pass any costs to them.
I personally would rather pay double elsewhere - which you wouldn’t have to, and be treated with a little more respect than give money to this company.
The products are not that great that you can’t find them elsewhere - Tropics do a similar range of natural products and are cheaper and much more customer friendly
