I would like to share my bad experience of Online Technical Training with ACTE.
After completing the admission process, the institute failed to provide even the most basic support. Despite repeated requests, system access was not granted, leaving students unable to use essential resources. This lack of cooperation reflects a serious gap in their administrative discipline.

The staff’s behavior has been consistently non‑professional. Instead of guiding and assisting, they display indifference and dismissive attitudes. Communication is poor, and there is no sense of accountability or responsibility toward students.

Customer care is particularly disappointing. Queries are ignored, concerns are brushed aside, and there is no proper channel for resolving issues. The overall environment feels disorganized, careless, and unwelcoming.

In short, the institute’s failure to provide access, its unprofessional conduct, and its inadequate customer service make it a bad example of how an educational institution should operate.

Students don't lose your parents money to this Fake , Scam, loot Acte institute. I lost 15000 rupees to this fake scam businesspeople. Before joining the course the scammers promise, we will give all access videos, materials, support, placement and everything. But they will never give anything. Nothing. Please report this FAKE ACTE technologies Chennai and other states.

1 Star – Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional

My experience with ACTE Institute has been absolutely terrible. I paid the full course amount upfront, trusting their promises, and that was my biggest mistake.

There was no proper trainer assigned, no structured classes, and no accountability at all. After enrollment, communication dropped drastically. Follow-ups were either ignored or met with vague excuses. What was promised during admission was never delivered.

This institute seems more interested in collecting fees than actually providing training. I feel cheated and misled. There is no value for money, no professionalism, and no respect for students’ time or hard-earned money.

I strongly do NOT recommend ACTE Institute to anyone. If you’re considering joining, please think twice — once you pay the full amount, support and training disappear.

Worst training institute experience ever.

They are fraud and dont fool to their promises of get job and quality training

One of the worst institutes! They took ₹16,000 from me as half payment for the course, but never started the training. Kavi and Akash from ACTE initially contacted me, but now they don’t respond to any calls or emails. No trainer was ever assigned.

This seems like a complete scam — please stay away and don’t waste your money or time with ACTE.

I enrolled with ACTE.in for a Jetpack Compose UI Framework training program i, after being assured of live classes, experienced trainer, and project-based learning.

I paid ₹35400in full, but they never started proper sessions or delivered what was promised. When I kept following up for months, they stopped responding completely.

It’s now been over a year, and despite many emails, calls, and WhatsApp messages, I’ve received no refund or explanation.

I have proof of payment and all communication showing how they ignored students after collecting fees.

Please avoid ACTE — they mislead learners with fake promises and possibly fake reviews.

I am also filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (consumerhelpline.gov.in) and cybercrime.gov.in to report this fraudulent behavior.

Worst experience. Please please save your money. They are not trust worthy... they don't have spin.. useless bunch of people fooling the trainees to get the money.

ACTE is a fraud training institute.I paid 39k for an ISACA certification training and they didn’t take the training and haven’t repayed the money back . They arranged a fake trainer ( person working in the IT industry and not a trainer ) during the call with trainer .i am going legal ,publish an all available media’s so that this fraud doesn’t happen to anyone else . I will bring those fraud to the notice of both state and central govts. have send out a mail the council of education in the Middle East countries to prevent them from taking any corporate trainings and do the necessary from such frauds happening to others

I taught as a tutor at ACTE. After the course is completed, they have not paid the fees and now not picking my call. I filed a police complaint against ACTE and came to know that they have done similar fraud with other people also in different parts of India. Avoid this Fraud place at all costs for any course and teaching also.

It now appears to me that this institution is not functioning as promised and may be misleading learners by taking payments and failing to deliver the complete course therefore, I will be compelled to escalate it to NCVET, as it raises serious concerns regarding the credibility and integrity of programs. The training I enrolled in was never completed. it was left halfway through and despite repeated assurances that it would resume, nothing has happened. I have followed up multiple times and been promised again and again that the classes would continue, but there has been no follow-through.
At this point, I feel I have no choice but to file a formal complaint against your institution. I have marked the transaction as potentially fraudulent and will be reporting this through all appropriate channels. The payment was made via an international protection scheme, and all transaction records have been documented. Its started on 2nd January and trainer stopped taking classes and never completed the course. Very disappointed with the institute. I wish I could've given 0 to this institute.

I do not advice this training center at all since the trainer are not professional the and coordinator did not reply to you query . I think it is waste of money to invest in this training center , with the same money you will get higher and professional service to compare to this low level training center .

Very Unprofessional – No Trainer, No Refund
I enrolled in ACTE's APPIAN online training and paid the full course fee upfront. After payment, I waited for two days — no trainer was assigned, no session was conducted, and no proper communication came from their backend team.

Due to this delay and poor coordination, I decided to cancel the training and requested a refund multiple times over email. Instead of honoring the refund, ACTE kept sending repetitive emails, trying to push me to continue the training — even though I had made it very clear that I was no longer interested.

Despite following up many times, they continue to ignore my refund request. I even offered to accept a 10% deduction and asked for the rest to be returned — still no response.

This is unprofessional and unethical behavior. I do not recommend ACTE to anyone looking for serious, committed, or transparent training services.

This institute is nothing but a money-making scam masquerading as an educational institution. They blatantly lie during the admission process with fake promises, exaggerated course content, and guarantees that they never intend to fulfil. Once they get your money, their attitude completely changes. The staff is careless and unqualified, the management is arrogant, and there is absolutely no support or structure in place for students.
They show no interest in helping students succeed; instead, they manipulate and mislead people for financial gain. Any complaints are ignored or brushed off, and students are treated like they’re disposable. If you raise concerns. This isn’t just poor service — it’s unethical and abusive. I’ve wasted my money, time, and energy, and I feel robbed — literally and emotionally.

Please do NOT fall for their trap. They are not an educational institution — they are fraudsters preying on students who are trying to better their lives. I strongly urge anyone reading this to look elsewhere and report them if you can. These people should not be allowed to operate.”

I strongly advise against working with Acte company or enrolling in any of their courses. Their incompetence resulted in zero deliverables and a complete waste of my money. They showed no seriousness in addressing issues, failed to meet their commitments, and their agents were extremely unprofessional throughout. My experience felt like a scam. Please be cautious and do not join any course from this company.

It was good training experience, they provide good faculty for the course, my course was Sap Fico they also gave software access which help me in having practical knowledge about the Sap Fico programing... whole experience was good...

Looking for something less than 1.

Total fraudster gang. They will look your money and just vanish and then it will be you tagged to a trainer (from industry) who also would have been scammed and never payed.

I have trained student for 3 months. Since April, I am requesting for my payment, but not received even after 2 months. During the course, they followed up with me pursuading to start immediately. However, after course completed, for few days got multiple requests from billing department asking for information. After that no response from anyone. Course co-ordinator, HR, Billing department - everyone is muted.
