Lara was amazing. She really helped me out by explaining everything so thoroughly, and was able to get me an amazing interest rate saving me time off the loan and money! She was so nice and helpful.

We were treated with respect and caring. Brittany Simon, our agent, seemed as much a friend as an agent throughout the process. She even helped me when I had an issue with my printer when I couldn't print documents.
We lowered our interest rate by almost 50% as well as lowering our payments considerably. Professionalism, friendliness, over and above service is what we received from Achieve. We strongly recommend Achieve.

I was told there would be no payment unti June however the payment came out yesterday and it was the old payment - I would like to know this was applied correctly as it seems there may be a discrepancy if you computed the loan previous to this payment and then took out this payment… so how was it applied and to which loan was it applied?!

I am very happy with my experience with ACHIEVE HOME LOANS. The application process was simple. Everyone I spoke with was very helpful. I was able to consolidate some debt to lower interest and payments. They are saving me over $400 per month!

Customer service was exceptional throughout the process, and Leonardo was patient, responsive, and willing to answer my questions. I ultimately chose Achieve because, for my situation at the time, it was the best available option compared to the alternatives I was being offered. While I still recommend carefully reviewing the APR, fees, payoff amounts, and loan terms before signing, the process itself was smooth and helped me move away from a secured loan into an unsecured one with more flexibility for paying extra toward principal.
