A&C Hamilton Musical Instruments Recensioni

The staff are brilliant Justin in particular he gives you all the help you require inorder to make, I recently visited the shop looking for pa5x new Justin advised me that Genos would be better for me but stubon me disregarded his advice and bought the pa5x regrettably I might say ,3 months later love had to go back to shop and change it for Genos if Justin gives me anymore advice I,ll take it next time, I personally won't go anywhere else for my keyboards the don't force anything on you when your trying to make a choice,so all I can say is if you want any kind of instrument this is the place to visit your always made welcome thankyou Justin

I have had a very good experience the team at A&C Hamilton were brilliant and very helpful and can’t fault them in any way.Justine was dealing me and helped me through the process of getting my instrument so a big thumbs up from me and 5 stars . Yes I would definitely recommend them and deal with them again. Thanks again guys

You get a friendly voice at the end of the phone and if you just want advice about something they will help you and advise you what is the best way to solve it without pushing a product.

Great service and helpful staff. The instrument showrooms are well presented and well stocked. Highly recommended

Travelled from Leeds, made very welcome on arrival. Matthew gave me a good explanation of the keyboard PSRSX-920 and what it can deliver along with letting me sample it. Quick and easy purchase and delivery was second to none. After sales service from the team is also excellent.

Highly Recommended for musicians or aspiring musicians. Recent purchase fully supported

Great service. thank you

Well done, A C Hamilton.

I spoke to them before ordering the product and they were clear on when it would be delivered and on the other information I wanted. They were true to their word.

My experience with AC Hamilton was completely different to my experience with the other retailer.

If all music shops would give half the quality service these people give the music world would benefit greatly. No problem to small and EXPERTLY given from beginners to advanced musicians. What a relief to find a shop that still uses old fashion customer service from sales to repairs to sound advice .This rating is from a 54 years pro musician .

A&C Hamilton Musical Instruments surpassed my expectation when I got my Yamaha PSR SX900 from them. The keyboard is topnotch and I'll surely recommend them a thousand times.

All the staff at A & C Hamilton are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I am fortunate enough to live close enough for this to be my local music shop. I have made many purchases over the years and have always found the prices to be competitive, with good advice (sometimes even at the expense of a sale!) and first class after sales service.

Very helpful, and extremely fast delivery with great communication.

I have been using A&C Hamilton for many years , overtime I have got to know Keith and Justin really well , both are really great guys and fantastic musicians . I recently purchased a Montage 7 to accompany my Nord Stage 4 . I was a bit worried about how I would manage the technology but their product knowledge and time spent with me before heading home was excellent and I’m slowly getting to grips with navigating my way around .
A totally relaxed friendly experience with expert advice and experience to match , what more could you need ?
Finally if I need anything at all I just need to pick up the phone and speak to the lads they always are able to answer my questions and happy to do so .

Very fast delivery and superb customer service in dealing with individual requests.

Excellent communications, very fast delivery and the keyboard was boxed and new. Together with the additional styles supplied on a thumb drive, the transaction was damn near perfect.

A welcome return to a very helpful and friendly company. Well worth the 200 mile round trip!
