A&C Hamilton Musical Instruments Recensioni

Great service, price and communication. I’d never used A C Hamilton before and will definitely use them again.

Placed the order on Monday evening. Received a phone call on Tuesday confirming the item had not only been dispatched but also included a USB drive with a full owners manual that isn't included in the standard unit. The item arrived in excellent condition and exactly when promised. Professional, friendly and customer focused. Would definitely shop from here again.

Very helpful, took time to show me how to use the Yamaha 720. Now very pleased that I have purchansed it. Just got to get used to using it now. Highly recommended.

Bought the HX Stomp at £50 cheaper than other retailers.
First time buying from these guys and would definitely purchase from again, great communication and service, thank you.

I buyed korg pa4x 76 . For them the maximum stars for service, attendance, support and more ! Greetings ! 🎉🏆🩷

Having bought 2 new Nord keyboards from A C Hamilton I recently purchased a used Crumar Mojo suitcase with a flight case. As it wasn't new I wanted reassurance that the instrument was in good condition and covered by a warranty should it develop any problems. They were great to talk to and explained in detail the condition of the organ and their warranty. The price and service was first class.

Knowledgeable, helpful and great to deal with :)

Very informative and professional.
Polite and courteous.
Great service and after-sales service

Good communication and prompt resolution to a small packing error. Recommended supplier.

Friendly, informative staff and great prices.

Great service and a fantastic Yamaha DZR 15 speaker.

Incredibly helpful customer service and managed to get the item I ordered in a couple of weeks rather than months as anticipated. Very flexible on delivery as well - thank you

Best price at the time, I saved £200. Quick delivery.
I bought a PSR s910 from AC Hamilton twelve years ago and was happy with that so I chose them again for my new PSR sx920.

Top people to deal with. Extremely helpful. Use without hesitation.

Justin absolutely brilliant.

Very amazing place - if you are considering purchasing any instrument or need advice for the same this is the place to go. Completely transparent competitive pricing and 100% value for money.

Ace service. Really approachable staff who are keen to make sure they respect what you are after as an individual from your own sound regardless of playing ability etc...and spend time talking with you about what you are searching for! Because of this I returned after thinking about interaction and bought keys with them and so far really happy I did as it's the right instrument for me!

Thanks for putting drum aside for me and discussing the part exchange options - delivery and packaging was perfect - altogether very satisfied- love the snare drum !!

Excellent service from this shop.
Great demonstration and easy purchase process. No pressure at all. A great example of sound personal service.
Delivery very professional.
Thank you.

Having decided that I was going to purchase a Yamaha Sx 920, and following a look around the dealers on the internet, Hamiltons seemed to offer everything I wanted. The staff were great pre purchase, and their after sale service was superb. I had a couple of questions, and Mathew, Justin and the team were very patient in sorting me out. Thank you all, I will have no hesitation in recommending you, and you will always be my first port of call for future purchases.
10/10 thank you.
