A good value keyboard, clear communication on delivery time and item delivery occurred as promised. Would highly recommend. Thanks

Personal service, great price and prompt delivery

Purchased a couple of musical instruments from here and their service and deals were great. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Really fast delivery. The guitar arrived in good condition and packaging. A very pleasing company to do business with.

Very fair trade-in and good price for 2nd hand keyboard, plus 6 month warranty for peace of mind.

Great price, great customer service, shipped quickly. Good product. Recommend.

Great service when we visited the store. We were given lots of information about the digital piano we selected and were treated to a magnificent demo. Thank you!

Ordered on Sunday, the guitar arrived first thing on Tuesday, and was the best price on the Internet and free P&P. Great commication, super professional, they now getting all my business.

Great customer service, it’s taken us a while to decide on our piano and we’ve had nothing but patient guidance to help us make the right choice

This is an excellent music shop. I was able to trade in my Yamaha PSR S770 in a very fair part exchange for a new Yamaha PSR SX920. I was given great help and advice from Justin who spent a long time on the phone answering my questions and giving advice, without any sales pressure whatsoever. The keyboard arrived and my old keyboard was picked up a few days later. I live in Scotland and it was no bother at all. This is a great store and by the way the SX920 is a superb keyboard!

I was provided with a detailed explanation of the features of the instrument and a thorough demonstration. I was impressed with the time and attention taken with regard to the sale

Excellent service and delivery was so quick and efficient (and friendly) that the digital piano was installed and being played within five days of visiting the shop. Would highly recommend to anyone buying a piano in the local area.

Product is as mentioned and speedy delivery. Great place to buy your musical instruments.

Very very patient with us newbies.
Supported us with equipment choice, gave independent assistance on our own personal equipment as well.
Great service thank you

Fantastic shop, great customer service, good prices

Been looking for a Nord Electro for a while but needed to P/ex another keyboard
Hamiltons gave me a sensible allowance for this and also arranged collection of the other keyboard - no hassle and cheerful on the phone as well
Great service! Keep it up

I've been dealing with Hamilton's since around 1991
And wouldn't go anywhere else for my keyboard and even the Yamaha speakers I've bought from them and recommended to my friends to shop here as well
I've known Alan Justin and Keith for years and trust them 100% on their experience and knowledge of the products

Very good personal attention the all round experience was first class would highly recommend this company and staff

Personal attention and advice from Justin regarding my purchase of a secondhand Genos keyboard. My previous visit to buy a PSR SX900 was a similarly pleasant event, made all the more useful by Alan who spent a lot of time advising and demonstrating the keyboards in the shop. Very friendly staff and I have no hesitation in recommending this music shop and it's staff to anyone looking for a good deal.

Easy hassle free experience, deliveryquickand on time.
