Extremely straightforward to book service, prompt return call, spoke to human being every time! All I dealt with in company were consistently courteous and friendly. Arrived on time, as have hearing loss called so I was aware of his arrival. Efficient and thorough service with all checks completed. I feel complete trust in service, will definitely use again.

Engineer was a bit late but apologised. I deducted a star for lateness. He showed great respect for my home. Worked efficiently and was amiable and professional throughout. I would definitely recommend.

You got a text confirmation to say when to expect Ben and then a further text to say when he was on his way with a live tracking link. Ben was very polite and friendly.
