Purchased a number of time a couple of years ago and very happy with it, so I decided to return and replace items. Sadly , not much to look at on the website so only purchased one baseball cap at a cost of £27:50
Item arrived badly wrapped in a delivery bag . On opening the front of the cap was creased. . It had got squashed in the post .
I did an on line chat but was only talking to myself as this seems to be totally unmanned ! Multiple attempts but no reply . I sent an email. , but it bounced back, found another email address and tried again but no response. I found a third email address , to which I have sent two emails and yet again no reply .
I have a damaged cap and out of pocket £27:50

Placed an order for a tracksuit and a cap for Christmas presents for my partner. The cap arrived within a week but the tracksuit never came. Contacted them on several platforms and have had no reply to date. DO NOT ORDER!
Tried to return a hat. Zero communication. Scammers
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AT ALL! They are fraudsters and a scam. I paid for 2 caps for next day delivery. It’s been over 48 hours and they’ve not dispatched my product or even replied to any of my concerning emails. THEIFS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CAN ROT IN HELL.
Still waiting for my order after paying for next day delivery which was 4 days ago. I have received only one email saying they didn’t know my address number which was clearly on my order details. No apologies or updates on my order. No reply to the last emails I have sent. As this was a birthday gift it is already late and I feel I have easy my money. Would advise avoiding this site.
I am putting a second review on this company purely because of the service received by the new owners .
I received a 35% discount code via email but I asked to be removed from the mailing list due to the poor service received at the beginning of 21 .
I was contacted by the customer service department who explained that they were the new owners but since trading they have received a lot of negative comments/ reviews regarding the poor service of the previous owners.
I received an apology and offered a 50% discount code to use if I gave the company a chance being under new ownership .
Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I accepted . I will purchase once more as my Son did like the items .
I know this doesn’t change the fact that the joggers purchased split after a couple of months but it does show that the new owners are trying to make amends and by offering a good discount , retain past customers .
Well done to them for the apology !
What a surprise to see other reviews saying the exact same thing,
I used to work within wholesale clothing and what I realised now is ace are buying cheap clothing and sticking there brand name on it.
The reason I know this is I bought 2 tracksuits and I complained when the fit was completely diffrent between the 2 and they did not match the size guide.
Number 1 as they were presents I didnt take things further but they need a good brush up in terms of the selling regulations as if an item does not match the description its on the seller to cover the return cost not the consumer and this is not an option this is fact.
Only worn the bottoms once and they are destroyed, very annoyed at this 2 bit operation.
Tracksuits on there best day are worth 50 quid at most based on quality alone.
I was given a number of items as presents and I have been happy with them, so much so I purchased more clothes from them myself so over £250 has been spent with Ace Vestiti.
About a month ago I noticed that the tracksuit bottoms (that cost £50) had an issue with the seam stitching, as I only received the items at the end of December and they had only been worn a handful of times I thought it would be a very simple exchange but that was not to be. The person who purchased the tracksuit for me contacted them and and got nowhere so in recent weeks I have emailed too. I provided the order number and since then I have received no communication from Ace Vestiti at all, they will not do anything to help.
I have emailed everyday for a week and still no reply or even an acknowledgment of my complaint. It seems to be that as soon as they might have to rectify an issue that may cost them, not the customer they actively ignore your emails. As the tile of this review says vastly expensive, poor quality items with the worst costumer service I have ever had to endure. It is a shame as I was willing to spend more with them recently, another £150 I fact but I certainly won’t be parting with my money until this matter is resolved.
I would urge you to think very carefully before you purchase from this company and hopefully this review prevents someone else from being ripped of by Ace Vestiti.
Wow what can I say, delivered in s a speedy time, the quality of cap & T-shirt is out of this world, I pay alot more for other designer brands, & these are so much better, keep up the good work 👏👏, I have ordered another 2 caps based on my experience so far

Received an email from Ace Vestiti to complete a customer questionnaire for £20, (it’s a £20 off code) and went to use it while there is a 20% off site wide discount off everything.
However you can’t use the 20% off with the £20 from the customer questionnaire so what is the point of even offering it to customers if they can’t use it properly! I emailed for some help and received a very poor customer service response with “you can only use one code per order” that’s it! Not even a single moment to try and help or even understand from a customers side! Have previously brought from there but never again!
Returned my item and still waiting over two weeks for a reply. They say it takes 48hrs Which is a joke. The customer service Team are incompetent to say the least. Please don’t buy from this retailer they spend more Time and money on advertising then they do stock, Staff and customer service training.
Ordered a AV small spade tracksuit in the sale for my birthday. Very good quality very prompt delivery fits perfect 👌🏾 Great customer service thanks to the whole AV team now I want a cap to match!!!! ♠️👊🏾
