Wanted to write a review as there were so many bad ones on here which nearly put me off ordering .
Ordered 4 items on 11th November , I did get a bit worried as no contact at all but yesterday I got an email to say it has been dispatched via Royal Mail . Today I received all 4 items and are really nice .

I agree with others , there should be more updates , that the item Is being personalised and then ready for dispatch would be helpful to put the trust back in the company .
The items are lovely and unique and good quality , as long as you aren’t in a rush .

Do not order from this company. Placed an order two weeks ago and still not received my jumpers so will be contacting my bank for a refund as not replaying to my multiple emails.

Also the telephone number on the website doesn't work.

Avoid at all costs.

I wanted to write a quick review to say I made an order and it arrived. I googled after purchase (terrible idea) and was very concerned it was never going to arrive but it has (10 days after ordering so not terrible). Quality and print looks good. Happy with my purchase.

PLACED AN ORDER OVER 2 WEEKS AGO! STILL NO UPDATE, EMAILED AND MESSAGED NUMEROUS TIMES WITH NO RESPONSE, CONTACTED MY BANK FOR A REFUND BUT NOT GUARANTEED! JUST WHAT EVERYONE NEEDS IN A COST OF LIVING CRISIS AND CLOSE TO CHRISTMAS

I ordered a jumper with estimated delivery of 4-6 days. I assumed this meant working days but on the 7th or 8th working day I got nervous and checked the reviews. My heart sank looking at all the experiences of products not arriving and I thought I had lost my money. Fortunately, that evening I received an email confirming it had been dispatched and it arrived the next day. Nice quality jumper and I'm happy with it. I knew I had to write a review in case anyone else is panicking

AVOID! Absolute sharks!!
Phone number is not real… red flag!

I sent back a jumper recorded delivery… guess what…. Never received refund and I am still chasing them a year later!

Ordered over two weeks ago, emailed twice asking for an update on what was supposed to be a 4-6 day delivery which evidently hasn't even been shipped.

No response from this company but still have time to send their marketing emails out...

Do not order anything from this company it's a complete joke.

Placed an order for 2 jumpers and 1 t shirt nothing arrived. Emailed and rang the company no response. So glad I paid through PayPal so I can apply for a refund. When putting my claim in on PayPal the t shirt came up as a planned payment not even a t shirt so PayPal have issued that refund straight away no just waiting for the refund off the 2 jumpers

This company took my money and never shipped my order, still waiting from 6 weeks ago. Contacted them through email and left a message several times, unable to speak with anyone. Do not order from this company, they will rob you.

I would give this company zero stars if I could.

I ordered two jumpers from them, only receive one in the post.

I was incredibly patient, I received one email from them saying that they had had staff off with sickness.

A month later and I had still not received my jumper.

It took me happen to raise a dispute with my bank to get the money back.

Never even received an apology.

Order not received.

Zero stars. Ordered Kenough Barbie sweatshirt as gift in good faith and paid for express delivery which should have arrived within 2-3 days. Queried by email, no reply. Called number on website which just rings out. When i googled it was listed as a scam number for accident claims. So disappointing. Luckily I ordered on PayPal and can get a refund.

Cowboys. Wish I had read the reviews. Ordered via their Instagram account and received no update, despite them committing fast delivery.going to cancel via my bank. Disappointing

Didn't receive my order, contacted them to say I hadn't received it to be completely ignored, I disputed with my bank so my bank refunded me, this 'company' have disputed it with the bank yet they still can't reply to me! Its now been 4 months of constant messages to them and they've ignored every single one! Scam company don't order

Won’t let me state No Stars.
Ordered a personalised water bottle in June for my sons birthday in July, still hasn’t arrived. Emails go unanswered, no communication, phones ring out…a disgrace.
Have handed it over to the bank now.

It’s a shame I had to give one star because I wouldn’t have even given that. Terrible customer service. I pad £8 for express shipping only to receive my package over two weeks later after being advised 2 days. They do not reply to emails and the phone number just rings out. I would steer clear, I actually received my order but looking at the reviews a lot of people don’t even get their order.

They don't even deserve the 1 star. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a father's day gift from them. It didn't arrive. They even emailed to check order, but never arrived and they didn't respond to any further emails. Don't waste your time and money ordering from a company that doesn't deliver. Have seen other reviews now, wish I had checked earlier, I am not the only person they have done this to.

Paid for fast delivery (almost 8 pounds!) for Father's Day present. The order was not delivered on time, plus the company didn't pay enough postage and the post office holds it, as i have to pay additional 3.5.
NO communication, not answering emails or fb
Very disappointing.
