So quick to respond to my queries and so reassuring with my fears, without patronising. In comparison to other agents, I feel this one is the best. No messing around. Before I knew it I was signed up and moved in. The home I have is in excellent condition. Warm, dry and clean. I'm so happy with everything so far. After contacting several different letting agencies we managed to find ACDC who were offering an amazing property for rent. They were easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. Being young, we have noticed that other agencies have not taken us seriously. ACDC are the polar opposite, they spoke to us in a professionally and friendly manner and treated us respectfully. The process was made clear to us on the date of viewing and we are now going to be collecting the keys to our new rented property next weekend.

We have just recently rented a property through ACDC lettings and had an amazing experience. Both Charlotte and Daniel were really helpful, responsive and willing to help both sides in getting everything agreed and sorted out. The whole process of finalising the documentation was simple and straightforward. They really do care about the tenant/customer which is rare to find with real estate agencies nowadays.

Amazing service, agent was very helpful

This year hasn’t been great and to top it all we were told our current landlord was selling the property we’ve currently been letting for the last 5 years! We were served an 8 week notice period which in itself is not a nice experience… after searching searching and searching with nothing coming up I made contact with Charlotte and they confirmed that a property matching our price point, spec etc was literally being listed as I spoke to them… the whole process of the application has been seemless… I’ve been kept fully up to date and whilst the turnaround on the property is going to be right I have full faith in ACDC and Charlotte in particular… here’s to hopefully no more dramas :)
