Initially I spoke with someone via Accredited Resume's web page. That person was very informative and got me in touch with Jason who I worked with to complete my task of updating my current resume. He was great with communication and I didn't feel rushed to complete my task. Accredited's cost for this service was quite lower than other places I was considering using. Overall a great experience and I will use them again if needed.

There are many services out there that offer professional writing services, along with plenty of stories of scams that make me weary--especially when paying money and sending personal info. When I called for a consultation, I spoke with Jason who was very professional and understanding. He even added a service for my CV, along with a Cover Letter and Resume for less than the actual cost! Collaborative, quick response, and proficiency

I contacted this company to assist with a new resume. I was advised to review several sites showing great reviews before deciding, now I’m skeptical of the legitimacy of those reviewer’s. Upon paying for services I did received an initial draft within 2 days. After running the resume through an ATS(application tracking software) it showed my resume was between 20 to 30 percent relevant to keywords. (The tracking system will look for keywords when applying for employment) This was no big biggie as the resume was only 90 percent complete. I sent an email to Jason the individual assisting me with my resume after more than a week of no reply, I contacted the company number listed in the email. I never received a call back or a response to my email. I waited an additional 4 more days…still nothing. I
Would have been happy with a reply advising we’re working and will send you revisions soon. I received nothing…. This info is important because they pride themselves on fast turn-around. I decided to make contact with the number on my card statement to see if I could get further assistants. I was transferred and was unable to get a live person to fully assist. One rep advised Jason(the individual assisting me) no longer worked for the company, therefore my next question was who took over his projects. I was then transferred a few more times with no assistance. I called back several more times and I noticed the company no longer answering my calls. I then called from a different number with a different area code they answered right away. At this moment I knew something was off and it was time for me to get a refund from the bank. Be fully Aware prior to spending money with this company.

I rate them 5 stars. I am very impressed with this site and the professional writers that I worked with Tom was my writer and I love his work. He gave me a full resume and cover letter within a couple of days. They even posted the resume for 15 job postings still waiting to hear back from them but absolutely recommend if you are looking for that dream job. Please use these guys.
