We have been very happy to work with Access Industry for many years and have always received excellent service. Together we have supported over 30 apprentices through the CVT apprenticeship and on to successful roles within the creative industries sector. This is a testament to the quality of training and guidance Access Industry provides. In particular Tracey Cooper is outstanding going above and beyond to ensure the apprentices have both pastoral and educational support.

Having just completed the Level 3 CLPO Apprenticeship, I would highly recommend the course to anyone considering their educational steps towards working in the galleries & museums sector.

The training modules aligned effectively with projects happening at the gallery. I found the online training sessions highly informative and concise. The tutors (Natalie & Jamie) created a welcoming atmosphere and encouraged conversation so that students could learn from the experiences of their peers. Additionally, the knowledge I gained during the sessions enabled me to contribute new ideas and ways of working to my team at the gallery.

My IP, Jamie, provided excellent guidance and support whilst I was preparing for the EPA. Any questions or concerns, Jamie would always respond swiftly and made time for mock tests and check-ins during the lead up. As a result of Jamie’s support, I felt confident and prepared going into the assessment.

Overall, it’s been a brilliant opportunity to develop my professional skillset and the support from Access Industry has been second to none.

I am just writing about a csho apprentice I recently studied through access industry, my tutor Claire colligan made this experience so much better for me with her constant help throughout this course making it easier for me.

We have taken our first apprentice and the follow up procedures and education offered to the apprentice seem to be first class

This apprenticeship has been a blessing for me as I was already interested in the Live Events industry previously. My skills have been improved greatly with the informational online lessons I partake in and my confidence has skyrocketed, allowing me to come out of my shell and feel comfortable in the line of work I am currently placed in.

The online deliveries are to the point and have an emphasis on joining in and sharing answers and experiences. This element gives the lessons a warm inviting feeling. The lessons I have been in haven't been overcrowded and gives quite a casual feel to it while remaining professional.

Tracey is full of knowledge and is great at making you feel included in the lessons but isn't pushy if a student isn't comfortable answering. I always enjoy hearing her stories of events and shows she has worked on in the past.

My IP, Joe, has been extremely helpful and has been providing valuable guidance and information where needed and still continues to support me while I am on this apprenticeship. Any questions or concerns I may have are always met with empathy, compassion and a plan to get through.

I joined this program as a musician and sound engineer and progressed through to find I enjoy being a Lighting Engineer too; something I have never had experience with prior. I've also found the confidence to talk to and help the general public, something I struggled with quite a lot previously.

I would highly recommend Access Industry and their apprenticeships to anyone who wants to get into their field of expertise.

Access Industry have been incredibly helpful in securing me an apprenticeship last month. Kayleigh gave me lots of advice and prep for the interview which led me to be offered the role!

I am only at the beginning of my apprenticeship however so far Kayleigh Judge has been brilliant in keeping me informed and making herself readily available for me to request for any support I may need. Claire colligan has been really helpful with myself during my time in the apprenticeship with all my projects if I needed help on a topic or gave me extra time when I was struggling and all lessons are engaging and fun to participate in
