Very concise and alot of interesting useful facts.

The disciplinary procedure webinar was highly informative and well-structured. It provided a clear overview of the steps involved in managing disciplinary issues, with useful examples that linked theory to real workplace scenarios. The explanations of both employee rights and employer responsibilities were balanced and easy to follow. I especially appreciated the emphasis on fairness, transparency, and documentation throughout the process. The session has increased my confidence in understanding how disciplinary procedures should be applied in practice.

The leads were knowledgeable and we had live chat with our questions being answered at the same time, which was a great addition.

Excellent webinar - full of useful information, links and guidance and it was very useful to have ACAS advisors on hand to answer the many questions that came up during the session, some of which only occur when you delve into the detail.
