I'm so happy I ended up choosing AHN out of all the other courses that are available out there, it was 100% the best choice I could have made. Not only did I receive an incredible breadth of knowledge on holistic medicine and nutrition (which went into much further depth than I could have only wished for beforehand), but all the classes, teachers and modules were so knowledgeable, honest and authentic. This course has been made from extremely proficient and skilled experts, with a true love for the field and information. The course is a great combination of both academic teachings combined with practical work, helping you immediately apply all you have learnt to your own life. Also, it includes a very strong support system, where you can reach out to ask for any assistance, if needed. I truly couldn't have hoped for more and I loved every bit of it.

The course is very complete and spans Traditional Chinese Medicine, Aryuveda, and western supplements. The teachers are very knowledgeable. The platform is very complete with hard to find content and sources!

A beautiful community of conscious, creative and wise humans. Eye opening, transformative, magical. It transforms not only the eyes with which you see the world, but your own world and life itself. The relationship with your food, your surroundings, yourself and your circle. I have enjoyed my process very much and I know it’s only the beginning of a lifelong journey. An amazing, life-changing journey...
The courses are alternated with videos, live sessions, cooking workshops and study guides. The teachers are truly authentic because they really live what they teach, and they are available for any questions or support. This place is truly a school for life, a holistic approach to body, mind and spirit to live a more fulfilling life. The academy has given me back the strength not to give up and to fight for my health.
