Not happy with the AI generated customer service response and slow shipment and delivery times on a very small, simple order. Hope the product is still good when it arrives!

Hi there! Believe it or not, that was a human response. Beep boop.
Let us know how you like the product when it arrives!
Good product and customer service
I reached out to customer service before placing an order to understand whether the product would meet my needs. They were prompt in responding and helped answer my questions. I have used Abstrax products to make my own hopped seltzer (or mixed into pre-made seltzer) a few times now and it has been great. A single drop goes a long way.

Thanks Ryan! We are definitely trying to be better every day.
Big Aroma! A bit synthetic though.
I bought the Skyfarm sample pack and have only tried the Mango so far. The aroma is definitely big on these! I used ~1 mL per 5 gallons on a Hazy IPA and the aroma and flavor were almost too overwhelming. There was a lot of positive feedback from the people who tried the beer though. Personally I thought it was a bit too synthetic and candy-like. No problems with customer service or delivery. I think I need to play around with the product a bit more to find a good dosing sweet-spot.

You're not wrong. Our Skyfarm flavors veer more towards the candy-like side of fruit than the true-to-type side. For example, our Watermelon is more Jolly Rancher than it is actual rind-y watermelon. It's what American audiences have come to expect when they open something that's watermelon flavored.
That said - we are always experimenting with different versions of our own flavors. Feel free to contact us to see what we've got cooking up behind closed doors.
