Lovely products horrid caps! Everything is great except the HORRID…
Everything is great except the HORRID new bottle caps. Twice I've had to ask a neighbour to open one. PLEASE go back to the old type of easy unscrew caps.

Thank you for your honest feedback, we are sorry for the frustration the new caps are causing. To comply with updated safety laws, we were required to switch to child-resistant lids from 2025 onwards. We know they take some getting used to, and we really appreciate your support as we implement these mandatory safety measures. If the caps are particularly tricky to open we recommend popping the oils in the fridge for a few hours - this will shrink the glass very slightly and make the cap easier to release in the first instance. If you have any further issues with them, please do contact our customer service team at sales@absolute-aromas.com and we will be really happy to help you.
