Meine Bestellung wurde schnell geliefert. Die Verpackung war auch hervorragend. (Beim Rückschicken kann man es sehr leicht und kompakt wiederverwenden.)

Minden rendben volt, máskor is fogok rendelni.

Unfortunatelly my order never arrived, but your customer service assistant was very prompt and helpful, and I also recived a voucher card by post and got my money back.
I was very sad because I really wanted my order tho, but at least thank you for your helpful customer service!

Good prices, wide range of products, I always get what I ordered, in 99% of the orders the colours of the garments are the same as on the screen, good quality, quick and free delivery.

Az Aboutyou.hu régebben egy közepesen nehézkes, de megbízható webáruház volt. Azonban már akkoriban is sokszor előfordult, hogy külön kellett kérni egy-egy visszaküldött termék árát és hetekkel később küldték vissza. Ez körülbelül egy éve teljesen megváltozott és az Aboutyou.hu teljesen megbízhatatlan lett. 2024. október közepe óta levelezek négy rendelés visszatérítésének ügyében, melyet rossz számlaszámra utaltak el és így ezeket nem kaptam meg. Zömében automata válaszokat kapok, amikkel semmit sem lehet kezdeni. Ha pedig az ügyfélszolgálat válaszol, akár szóban, akár írásban, a szavuk vagy a levelük semmit nem ér. Egyáltalán nem térítik vissza az általuk is visszaigazolt négy visszaküldés árát. Emellett a legutóbbi visszaküldésemből egy termék árát visszatérítették, a másikét pedig nem és a levelemre nem válaszolnak. Sajnos kénytelen voltam a fogyasztóvédelmi hatósághoz fordulni, de még csak pár napja, remélem, lesz eredménye. Mindenkit óva intek attól, hogy vásárljon az Aboutyou.hu-tól. Vagy törvényen kívül működnek vagy fizetésképtelenek.

Aboutyou.hu used to be a moderately cumbersome but reliable online store. However, even back then, it often happened that you had to specifically request a refund for a returned product, and it would be sent back weeks later. About a year ago, this changed completely and Aboutyou.hu became completely unreliable. Since mid-October 2024, I have been corresponding with them about the refunds for four orders, which were transferred to the wrong account number and therefore I did not receive them. I mostly receive automated responses, which are of no use. And when customer service does respond, either verbally or in writing, their words or letters are worthless. They are not refunding the price of the four returns, which they themselves confirmed. In addition, they refunded the price of one product from my last return, but not the other, and they are not responding to my letter. Unfortunately, I had to turn to the consumer protection authority, but it's only been a few days, so I hope it will be successful. I warn everyone against buying from Aboutyou.hu-tól. They are either operating outside the law or are insolvent.

Fortunately, I've only had good experiences so far. They shipped quickly, or at least on time for me. I had no issues with the quality or originality of the products either. Wide range of products. I can always catch the biggest deals here.

Szerencsére eddig csak jó tapasztalataim vannak. Gyorsan, vagy legalábbis számomra időben szállítottak. A termékek minőségével vagy eredetiségével sem volt gondom. Bő termékválaszték. A legnagyobb akciókat mindig itt tudom kifogni.

Magyar Királyi Postát rájuk kényszerítették, illetve behódoltak a kormánynak és NEM tudom visszaküldeni a csomagomat!
Fel kellene hívnom a Magyar Postát!!!
Szégyen, ami itt folyik.
És szégyen, hogy meghajoltak a magyar kormány előtt ezzel is.

I purchased an Item for a birthday. About you was delayed with delivery and I have not gotten the product nor my refund yet (it’s been 5-8 weeks already). Obviously the birthday was ruined, had to buy a new item from other store.

Tobb mint 1.5 hónapja varok hogy visszautaljak a penzem. 10-szer hívtam az ugyfelszolgalatot, utoljára közöltem hogy a fogyasztóvédelemnél fel fogom jelenteni az About You-t. Ügyfélszolgálatos közölte hogy rendben, nyugodtan. Elfogadhatatlan, e-mail-ben nem is érdemes írni nekik, úgysem írnak vissza.

Amíg nem kapom vissza a pénzem minden egyes nap érkezni fog mindenhol az 1 csillag!

Pólókat rendeltem karácsony előtt. 3 nap alatt megkaptam a csomagot. Korrekt és pontos cég, csak ajánlani tudom. Az ingyenes szállítás és szükség esetén a visszaküldés pedig hab a tortán. Így tovább!

I love this shop. great service, even though the low-english customer phone call service is kind of annoying to me. but anyways, they support me greatly by email.

I ordered a white pair of shoes and got gray man shorts instead.
