Do not order from Abode Jungle. They have a website that draws you in but the products all come from China, take weeks on end to arrive, they don’t respond to your emails. Items eventually arrived after chasing them several times but they’re faulty and dangerous. They don’t respond when you raise a request for refund. This company is scamming people and somehow getting away with it.

Do not use these rip off merchants. Disputed a payment as they hadn’t delivered for weeks. They delivered it over 8 weeks later and after I had brought a replacement item. I returned there item and they haven’t refunded.

Below is my original review - please stay away from this company. They have inundated TP in fake 5* reviews to hide all the 1* reviews. Just read some and make your own mind up. I have complained to TP about them but presumably TP are getting paid so are not doing anything about it.

"The item I paid £70 for is available on amazon for much less. I wrote a bad review here as their website said the item was made of metal. It was made of plastic. They did actually change the description so that it no longer claims to be made of metal but didn't bother refunding me so here's another review."

Having read other reviews, whilst I feel grateful to have received the two wall lamps I ordered (2 weeks from order), both were badly scratched and are not earthed. This means they are dangerous and not fit for purpose. I have tried contacting customer service multiple times and have received no answer. I’m still waiting for a reply…
Wish I hadn’t bothered ordering from this company. The website looks impressive enough, but the consumer experience in reality is just terrible.

It’s a SCAM. Bought an outdoor lamps for £200. On a website they looked large and unique. Thought, what a nice website. Was excited to receive and update our outdoor space. They took the money right away. Was waiting for my order for approximately 3 weeks. Thought they would never arrive. Only just received them. They were sent directly from China and not even that. They are double the size smaller than what it looked on a website and so overpriced. Found exactly same lamps in B&Q for £40 per lamp. What an absolute joke! Avoid at all cost.

IS THIS COMPANY A SCAM. I PLACED AN ORDER ON THE 17TH DECEMBER WTIH 2 PAYMENTS AND NO UPDATES AT ALL. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. MY ORDER NUMBER IS 2150. I dont believe i will see the order at all after reading the reviews.

absolutely ridiculous! i placed my order for a ceiling light on the 19/11/2023 i am still awaiting for my order i have sent them numerous emails they not responding to any of them! they are holding £258 of mine and i want it back. so therefore i spoke to my solicitor now we have no choice but to file a case against them!

Ordered outside lights which when turned up were maybes for a dolls house. Have tried to return the item however keep getting ignored. Seem stuck with lights that cost 120 total that are no good to me. Avoid at all costs.

I am trying to get a refund for some unwanted items I bought a few weeks ago. Although their website offers a full refund, there is no returns procedure described and little response to my numerous emails and messages sent via online chat asking for this info. Any response I do get is unhelpful because does not give the returns info I ask for and they take ages to respond, if ever. I sent the items back using recorded delivery, because I wanted to show I had returned them within the 15 day cut off period, using a returns address that came on the packaging.

Still no response or refund.

Product has not been delivered, no response to emails. A LOT of money spent, a lot more I wanted from this site but I’ll not be back.

This company is a scam. Product never arrived, have chased via email many times, there is not a phone number to call customer service. Do not order from this company.

Been scammed twice now from different home decor companies - Abode Jungle are legit, will keep buying off them.

0 stars! I’ve been robbed basically. Ordered 6 lights, received 2. Multiple attempts to contact them either ignored or deflected. It’s now been months!
What a monumental waste of time and money.

No telephone number should have been a giveaway but I took the risk as the website seemed legitimate and products attractive.

My conclusion is that it is a scam.

I’ve provided all information again after contact from AbodeJungle following this honest review.

It is incorrect that I received a response from them previously - I did not.
I’ve been offered a refund (if I remove this poor review) but nothing has happened as yet.. as of 15th December I’m still waiting.

Update: We are now into 2024 - as off 23th January I've had no response to my many emails chasing the refund. They're trying extremely hard to keep my money!

Awful firm. No telephone number never answer web chat. Received my items (from China direct) and one was faulty. No reply back about how to fix it and can’t get in contact.

Abode, i am reporting you to various government bodies, so expect legal action soon!

I would usually always check out the trust pilot reviews before ordering anything but the website looked so legit and they had a live chat with real people so I felt fine to order from them £350+ spent and nothing has turned up. the order delivery date kept getting pushed back and never specified which courier it would be coming with. Its been such a long time that I have since moved from the address but the new owner, who has received a few things for me and always lets me know asap has said that the Abode Jungle order never came. no response at all to my emails, at first I was getting a response on the live chat but now nothing. I have always remained super polite and I just can't believe that if this isn't a scam sight that any company could do this and get away with it

If I could give zero stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered a pair of lights from here. The items that arrived were much smaller than the description and damaged. I have been unable to get a reply from customer services on my 6+ attempts. The items were over £100. I'm now left with damaged not as described items and lost £100 for the priveledge.
