Very disappointing experience. I paid $89.95 for their ABN registration service, thinking I was using an ABN registration website. Within just a few minutes, I realised I could apply directly through the official Australian Business Register for free, so I immediately contacted them and requested a cancellation and refund.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I applied directly through the official government website at almost the same time, and received exactly the same ABN number that this company later sent me.

I contacted them almost immediately, but they refused to refund me. Their online chat was also closed before I could even take a screenshot of the conversation.

Be very careful before paying $89.95 for something that can be obtained directly from the Australian Business Register for free. I personally would not use this service again.

Trap for the unaware. This company, while legitimate, charges for something you can apply for yourself and it costs nothing. Google how to apply for an ABN then go to an official Australian Government page.

TOTAL SCAM!!!
They want to take $90 (plus GST!) from you for adding no value whatsoever to something that is FREE on the official government site abr.gov.au

Would not recommend, scam, charge $89 for no service at all - something you can get done for free. no refund policy, no helpful customer service
