Great service!
Took my 86 year old mother to Ableworld at Heathgates Island in Shrewsbury to purchase a wheelchair due to her declining mobility. We were greeted by friendly & welcoming staff and served by Mark. He showed us the options and asked questions that I hadn't even thought of (e.g. who will be lifting the wheelchair into the car and allowed me to check which ones were easier for me to lift!). Mark had a though knowledge of the products and showed us how to put the chair together and fold down again (and allowed me to practise until I got it right!) Great service all round and Mum left extremely happy with her purchase. We were going to take a trip with the new chair straightaway and Mark even removed the plastic from the wheels for us. He escorted us to the car where he gave advice on how to position the chair in the boot. Brilliant service, so very helpful, polite and very courteous to Mum and even made her laugh. Thanks so much for a great, efficient service. We would highly recommend! :)

I received a thorough, comprehensive demostration of the scooter I was interested in.
Despite technology issues, not their fault, they persevered with good grace until it was resolved.
Such a delight to go into a shop where staff are on hand immefiately to help with utmost respect.

The service and expertise of the staff was excellent, prompt delivery. the only downside is that you did not have a trade in arrangement for my old schooter.

I ordered the bath board to be able to…
I ordered the bath board to be able to shower when I got home from hospital after major surgery.
The delivery quoted was 24 hours. The driver came just before 9.00 am he rang the doorbell and I was upstairs. Before i was able to communicate with him he had got back in his van and gone away and I received an automated message it will be delivered tomorrow.
If old and disabled people are receiving product some sort of contingency should be in place for the courier to be independent. I also ordered from another supplier a product that was equally important and it will be delivered by DPD they are much more accommodating.

Can't speak highly enough of this shop
Can't speak highly enough of this shop. Staffed by really pleasant and helpful people. My father had a wheel come off his wheelchair (not even purchased here) and the engineer repaired it and checked it over free of charge. Definitely five stars - thank you!
