Friendly, Helpful, Patient, and No Bunny Hops
I wished to purchase a mobility scooter as due to heart failure I haven't been able to go with my hubby and the lad for walks or round bigger shops like Lidls in Prestatyn. I saw one I really liked in the Ableworld brochure due to its being a folding scooter; they had the scooter in stock and in the colour I wanted.
Jenna was welcoming from the get-go; it was more like visiting a friend than making a purchase. She went through every last bit of information regarding the Jiffy so that we would be aware of all its pros and cons, the latter of which it had very few. I then got to do a test drive round the store minus bunny hops, thus fell in love and bought it. Have just been out this morning further along the Prestatyn-Dyserth Way than I have been in a year. As we approach real old age and possibly a variety of health issues, thanks to the service we received from Jenna and colleague, we know where we'll go for our disability needs. Newbie-friendly. Highly recommend.

Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful
Fantastic, I spent 2 hours with Alex trying several scooters outside to check how they perform over humps and bumps. No pushy seller anything like that he was very knowledgeable about all the products on show and helped me to make up my mind on which scooter to buy

I bought a scooter from your Rhyl store and was totally put at ease. Alex went through everything and answered all our questions and even took our scooter outside to ensure I could easily lift into the car. Sales team second to none and will definitely be back soon

I would just like to take a minute to…
I would just like to take a minute to pass on some feedback regarding Ableworld, Rhyl. Myself, my brother, my elderly mother visited your store in North Wales to enquire about a mobility scooter, the young assistant was absolutely run off her feet, but still took time to demonstrate how they worked and offered a free demonstration at Home, which was followed up with excellent customer service from your head office in Crewe. Today, a fantastic gentleman turned up on time to demonstrate the boot scooter which is foldable and suits my needs as I will be lifting the scooter in and out of my car, having suffered a broken back two years ago and is also small and compact enough to carry in my car and also storing my mum’s home. Within half an hour under no pressure we purchased the scooter and this afternoon we were out on the beachfront which is the first time in many years with my mum who took to it like a duck to water! Thank you so much for your customer service you have extended to us, I realise and appreciate we may have found one a little bit cheaper elsewhere but the peace of mind and the customer satisfaction you have provided has been outstanding and we will highly recommend you to our friends and family. Our only regret is that we didn’t come to you sooner. Thank you again

Pavement Scooter
I wanted to purchase a mobility scooter for my Dad. I phoned Ableworld (in Rhyl) and spoke in general terms regarding suitability and availability. I took Dad to the showroom and he spent a little time looking at various options. He then tried one around the shop and bought it there and then.
Everything was fully explained and several minor queries I had were resolved easily.
Dad is now able to go out again and he is delighted with his purchase.
I cannot praise Ableworld (and Jasmine Jones) highly enough!

I bought a mobility scooter at Ableworld Rhyl, the manager, Jenna attended to me she couldn't have been more helpful & obliging, she explained everything about the scooters in simple terms & did not try to push a sale on me like some businesses do, throughout the sale she was very professional.
