Wheelchair purchase
Visited the Deeside store on Monday to look at wheelchairs. The gentleman in store took the time to explain the pros and cons to the different chairs and how they worked. He set up the chairs for us to try. We didn’t have room in the car to purchase on the day so returned on Wednesday, saw a lovely lady whom again explained how the chair we were purchasing worked.

Always a relaxed visit.
Me and my wife again visited the Abel World in Queensferry in Flintshire. Again, we were treated with kindness, understanding and respect. My visit to Ableworld Queensferry
My daughter and I visited Ableworld Queensferry earlier this week, looking for a walker. We were greeted with hellos and smiles from the staff and Allison asked how she could help me. I explained that this would be my first walker so I would appreciate some help. Allison brought out a few walkers so that I could see how they felt, adjusted them for me and explained the features of each one. I had a walk round the store with each one and asked to try a couple more I liked the look of, all of this with no pressure whatsoever. There were lots to look at and once I had chosen one, Alison went over all the safety features again and finely adjusted it to suit me. She even took it outside with my daughter to check it would fit in the car! Fabulous customer service, thank you. I would definitely recommend a visit to this store.

I have Stage 4 cancer which is…
I have Stage 4 cancer which is affecting my mobility and so I’m not able to get around as well as I used to. I set up a GoFundMe fundraiser last year. Thanks to the very generous donations received from family and Facebook friends I was today able to buy a mobility scooter. Many thanks to Allyson and Roy ❤️

Queensferry branch
Queensferry branch - an absolute s*** show. We visited with a view to buying a rollator for a friend. Nobody was in the shop though we saw one person doing something outside. We walked round, looked at a few things and finally found the rollators, looked and decided we didn't want to buy when we hadn't even had the courtesy of an assistant. As we decided to leave the male assistant showed up but it was too late. Certainly won't go there again and would be dubious about any other branch now. We ended up at Careco and had an amazing experience.

I bought my first car seat 2 years ago…
I bought my first car seat 2 years ago while suffering with sciatic, very painful. extremely helpful whilst driving. As they mentioned it was low in stock I ordered another one last week to keep until needed. I ordered the first car seat on line from the Queensferry shop and collected it the next day. A very helpful lady served me and I will have no hesitation going back to that shop again when I require further help, I am now in my 70s and starting to require extra help!!! I had a good look around whilst I was in the shop and took notice of all there stock. This time when ordering my carseat I had to go on line and order from there head office as there was no stock of that particular item at the moment. All was well and received my order promptly and efficiently, thankyou Ableworld
