Fantastic
We called in at Ableworld Northwich, Cheshire and were served by Ann and her colleague. I suffer from Motor Neurone Disease, a terminal illness, but they treated me with compassion and also a lightheartedness that lifted my spirits. We were looking for a reconditioned stairlift and Ann was both knowledgeable and helpful. She arranged for a survey to be done within days. Fantastic service.

Thank you Ableworld Northwich - especially Allyson!…
We visited the Northwich branch of Ableworld last week to purchase a new wheelchair for my mum.
We were served by Allyson who I understand was new to the role in her 6th week. Allyson gave us excellent customer service & listened to our needs & questions & answered them with amazing knowledge & understanding of the different chairs she showed us. She also went out her way to help my 90 yr old mum understand as she is extremely deaf & struggles with new voices behind masks. She was absolutely lovely & I hope she gets a shout out for her kindness & great customer service skills! Thank you Allyson & also the team at Northwich!

I have visited Ableworld in Northwich twice recently with my Dad. Ann has looked after us each time. On each visit she was so helpful, kind and patient. Her product knowledge was great too. She was able to guide us to the right products each time. We are very satisfied and will no doubt be back for a 3rd visit soon. Michael and Rosie.
