We went into our local store and found the assistant to be knowledgeable, charming and comforting. Furthermore, we were delighted to discover that we did not need to pay VAT on the purchase!

The staff at Nantwich have been so helpful and really quick at sorting out a number of needs for my sister. They are definitely our first port of call for any disability aids.

Had my scooter in for service from the first contact with the Nantwich shop right through the collection, workshop and delivery back the service and attention to detail was excellent can not fault the service or the staff. Top marks throughout
