5 Stars! Exceptional customer service from Linda! We arrived an hour before closing on a Saturday and Linda treated us like we were old friends. She couldn’t have been more helpful, advising me on mobility scooters.
She made the experience fun and pleasant and we’ve been back to hire a scooter several times.
If we purchase our own scooter from Ableworld, I hope Linda will get commission!
I worked in Pharmacy for 25 years before my health issues stopped me and I know how tiring customer facing roles can be so I always acknowledge exceptional service when I experience it. Genuine thanks😀

Top customer service
We visited the Congleton store to look at options for a reclining chair for my Mum. Linda was amazing, very friendly and welcoming. She took her time to allow her to try all of the chairs, with no pressure and was knowledgeable about what would and would not work for her.
She answered all of our questions and arranged all the paperwork so we could phone later and order without going back to the store. Her customer service was definitely above and beyond.

Ableworld in Congleton are very helpful.
Linda Laycock, was very supportive, friendly and considerate, Linda made me feel welcome and helpped me to talk about my needs. ( as I find this a difficult conversation to have)- I found that she was easy to talk to and time was not an issue. she did not pressure me in to getting anything and let me take my time to find the right aid for me.
Linda listern to what i needed help with and what my conditions are etc. Linda guided me through the different options they had and let me find out what was and was not quite right for me in my on time.
I would recommend Ableworld in Congleton.
