Cant thank Able world in Bridgend. Enough Louise was So helpful and knowledgeable. Best service we have ever had .Nothing was too much trouble for her .Could not take our new scooter home with us. So the first delivery was Thursday.1/9 But if possible she would try to deliver before .We received our scooter on Wednesday 31st delivered by Chris who was also amazing explained everything again to us .So we are very happy with Bridgend Able world and will be our go to place in future for all our needs .

What an amazing experience !! I’ve been looking for a mobility scooter to suit my needs which has been quite difficult. My partner and I went into the ableworld in Bridgend where we met Louise I cannot give her more praise she led us through this and helped us choose u tried multiple scooters and she never lost patience. Great service today from the team in your Bridgend store when I was buying a new mobility scooter. No pressure at all to buy explained everything we needed to know and took our new scooter home with us no waiting for delivery . Would definitely recommend this company xx

As we walked in to the Bridgend branch we were acknowledged by a Gentleman called Craig, we explained we were after a scooter with a Captains chair as they rotate, for comfort and one that went 8 miles an hour. During our conversation with Chris, we began to realise that a pavement scooter instead of a road scooter would be more suitable for my needs. We can't praise Chris enough he was approachable, very knowledgable, we didn't feel pressurised at any time and we are very happy and pleased with our purchase.

We visited Ableworld Bridgend yesterday to look at the road scooters they had we were very impressed with one that was in the store. The sales man was very professional and went out of his way to get us all the information we needed to make the right decision. We visited other suppliers in the area but never found anything we like as much as the one in Ableworld Bridgend. We returned to day again the staff were very professional, informative and very helpful. We purchased the scooter which is being delivered this evening. Cannot fault the service we received. Thank you

When we bought my scooter staff were friendly,when I took scooter back in for a service that changed.I was accused of tampering with the electrics the girls were fine but one male was rude he accused me of tampering with scooters electrics to the point he would swear in court that I had done it after getting in touch with trading standards and sending Ableworld a letter they re paired the scooter very strange the only part they could change was the front steering colume with no way to tamper with as it’s seal off not received any apology

Went to Ableworld in Bridgend town centre today and I was met by two smiling people by the names of Craig and Louise who helped me no holds barred. The scooter that I tried out was ideal for me I took it outside the store and it was really easy to use the turning circle was incredible.
I ended up buying Apex Aluma-lite in red and I love it I also brought a scooter cosy and alarm for it.
I highly recommend Ableworld as I’ve brought crutches from there in the past and everyone always asks me where I brought them from I’m one very happy customer 😀😀😀😀😀😀

My husband needed a mobility scooter and initially ordered one from a different company, who failed to deliver in time for our holiday as someone forgot to raise the delivery notification. We were very disappointed and were going to cancel our holiday due to his mobility restriction. At the last minute we called Ableworld and we were informed they had scooters in stock to take away. We both feel Ableworld saved our holiday and enjoyment. The shop in Bridgend was well stocked and the staff members were absolutely fantastic. We told them our requirements and they knew just which scooter would be best for my husband. He had a test drive around the shop and just outside and decided it was perfect for him. It was a painless and such a easy experience thanks to the staff. We are both pleased as punch with the service that was supplied. Since our first shopping experience, we have been back for further items and again received an A1 service. We will never go anywhere else for disability aids or appliances and would whole heartedly recommend them in the future. So if you want a hassle free, brilliant customer service and A1 experience, Ableworld Is the place to go first as last. Thank you Bridgend staff
