The manual handling training I received was incredibly informative and practical. The trainer provided clear explanations of the correct techniques for lifting and carrying, focusing on minimizing strain and injury and ensuring patient and staff safety. Overall, I feel more confident and prepared to handle tasks safely, reducing the risk of injury for myself and my colleagues.
