Andrew Bland - highly recommend
Andrew did two surveys for us and clearly explained the service he was providing. He did the surveys in a great time frame which enabled us to get the process moving more efficiently. The surveys he did were of great detail and he explained everything clearly. He has since helped us by answering questions. He was very approachable and reports were sent back to us quickly.

Home Valuation Report
We utilised Andrew’s services in providing a valuation report on our property for the purpose of repaying a Help to Buy loan. Andrew was courteous and professional and promptly provided a detailed report. We would be more than happy to recommend him.
