I was ordering flowers from the USA
I was ordering flowers for my mom from the United States. The online ordering was easy. I called and spoke to someone about the order. They were very helpful and assured me they would take care of the delivery without any problems. I would definitely use this flower shop again.

As I’m living abroad I’m unable to…
As I’m living abroad I’m unable to spend the day with my daughter for her 21st birthday. She’s at Lancaster uni. I contacted Abi’s Arrangements and explained that I wanted 21 red roses sent and they were fantastic. They arrived on time and were beautiful!

Only to be told you didn't deliver in that area, after you took payment, I did receive a refund , but four days later.
I will not be using you again.

Fabulous florists.
