I purchased three tops costing $150+ canadian.

1 top fit and is if nice quality.

The other two do not fit and I cannot get a response from them to send them back. That's $100. That I feel I have wasted and I don't waste money!

Why no response? As someone else mentioned, it says 30 day returns. Also these tops took 6 weeks to receive.

Please how can I send these 2 tops back for a refund?

The garment is beautiful but it took way too long to get it, after I ordered it. FOUR weeks......really????

Once I received my shirt I was pleasantly surprised by the fit and the quality. The only reason I gave you only 3 stars is the length of time it took to deliver it. It took almost 6 weeks. I had even contacted you at one point to cancel the item and was then told it was too late as it had been shipped. Once Canada Post had the shirt it wasn’t long before I had it.

Items are beautiful and terrific quality fabrics .

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!
Bought 2 tops for my wife as they looked good in the ad, $40 apiece.
Took about 1 month to receive. She did not like them as the material was very thin and cheap so I tried to return them. NO WAY. The return "policy" is a confusing mess and when I finally did figure out the instructions I received their response was "we'll give you $15 and you can try and sell them to somebody else." The we played "let's make a deal" and settled on $25! They should be embarrassed.

I became concerned with the delay in shipping... contacted you and I received updated emails on the progress. The customer service was outstanding and the products are amazing.

Shopping was great, however; the delivery time was totally unsatisfactory.

"So having persisted with several emails back and forth. I finally agreed to a refund of 50 dollars thus leaving me 5 dollars down. However the refund is 39.99 dollars as they say they cant refund postage - a total joke. They are just taking advantage of people. AVOID AT ALL COSTS"

Took an eternity for item to arrive. Ordered a top. The material is what I would expect fold away raincoats to be made of! The item is extremely creased and even if the material was acceptable I am sure it would shrivel up if it saw an iron!!! Although they advertise free returns within 30 days this is not correct. Item cost 54 dollars now offering 6, 20 and now 24 dollars and saying i have to pay for postage. A joke. Avoid at all costs.

I really liked it the material of the blue blouse. Unfortunately, the black and white one is very thin. I'll need to wear a camisole underneath it I guess. Is too bad as I loved the look of it sooooo very much.

I like the style of the produkt and will give it as a present to a dear friend

I like the look and feel of the 5 items I purchased. They fit well (true to size) and will be a welcome addition to my wardrobe. NOTE: it took longer than what I expected to get the order but it didn't matter to me.

The size is on the small side.
Also item went on sale after I put the order in.
so paid wat tooo much!

I have given this company 1 star, only because it wont let me review with NO stars.
Terrible company. Ordered a Black and White long sleeved top for the wife and the item received is a short sleeved, very low quality material, Blue and white top.
I emailed the company to request a return, they immediately offered me $15 and to keep the item. I mailed them back and again requested a refund, their reply was a $30 credit and keep the item because it would be expensive to return the item.
I have emailed them again telling them i want to return it and request a refund, surprise surprise, NO REPLY.
If you want to save money and a whole lot of hassle NEVER NEVER NEVER order from this company, absolute disgrace and i suspect criminal.

Product received in excellent condition. I only wish it didn't take so long to deliver.
