Looks lovely, but spoiled by poor performance. Light only works with initial tapping or removing and refitting batteries. Bit of a let down.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really pleased to hear you like the look of your Mushroom Portable Table Lamp, Noir, but we're very sorry to hear about the issues you've experienced with its performance.

That’s certainly not the experience we’d expect, and we understand how frustrating it must be to have to repeatedly tap or adjust the batteries for it to work. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would encourage you to contact our customer service team so we can look into this further and help resolve it for you.

Thank you again for your honest review.

All the portable table lamps that we ordered were delivered quickly and beautifully packaged. All lamps are glass so this was so important. These table lamps are battery operated and will make really original gifts.
